Forum Newsletter (We need writers/reporters)

Oh and an idea, I dont know how the Admins, Bob and THunt feels about this, but; We could allow for people to have Advertisement in the newsletter, say for a small donation of voluntary size, to Goblins or something, or as thanks for some work they do on Goblinscomic or one of its subsides (forum, Wiki and newsletter) I dont know... just a small idea...

Just want to bring something up that is being ignored here. We don't have a way to set up an emailed newsletter. The group setting allows people to receive messages from the group in the forum, but there isn't a way to send emails through it. Now... you could attach a PDF as a supplemental option, but I think that you are getting way ahead of yourself as we don't really have anyone willing to do the reporting and without that everything else is a moot point.

Just writing stories about what's going on in the various forums. Maybe write about some of the speculation about the comic, what new games have started up, if anything noteworthy has happened in the community. It wouldn't be a major undertaking though, I just don't have time for it so it's up to everyone else.

Well, Minmax has gone and earned some roll playing experience again. This update we see Minmax ready to fight the alts making their way up the tower. He has the advantage of his excellent armor that helped him survive a demon's sword and a weapon that he can't lose. Add in the fact that he activated his rage and I think we'll see things getting really "Sara puked it."

As always this update has resolved some doubt and questions from the last one. There have been rumors about the red helmet team floating around along the lines of "Minmax is fine, we haven't seen the red helmet Minmax yet." Well we see the red helmet right behind Minmax so he is now at the mercy of Thunt's writing. There is overall concern for Minmax's well being and some have said that this is where Minmax will die. Things do seem dire for our hero. There is fair concern over the capabilities of KlikMax (a Klik and Minmax team seen floating up towards the tower), especially since this alt Minmax has a klik arm. Due to its spikes it may have the same capabilities as 'Junior', the now independent "arm" of Dies. If this is the case there will be blood spilled on this tower to say the least. Luckily the alts will likely fight a free for all and not team up against 'our' Minmax. Another possibility is that Psimax, possibly due to his miscalculations, will show up and clean house, so to speak. It may behoove Psimax to let our reality win or erase them somehow because, according to him, Minmax and Kin are in love and this has proven to be bad for mathematics. A final thought is that the narrative will shift again and we'll have to wait to find out what happens like with the GAP (Goblin Adventuring Party) which was last seen over two years ago, according to MegaJar.

In conclusion, Thunt has again left us with a bit of a cliff hanger. Here we wonder where it will go from here. Will we see Minmax die here? It is possible that he will kill all of his enemies and somehow rejoin Forgath and Kin for victory. Another possibility is that the narrative will shift again to Dies or even the GAP(though it seems the story is not yet ready for that arc.) Maybe we'll see Psimax give us some Deux es Machina. After all "Deux" is latin for "God" and Forgath said that with his knowledge he is practically a god. We'll just have to wait and see.

Here lies a simple first draft sample of my work. I read through every post and typed of the ones that dealt with speculation as to what may happen. I decided to keep it short given that 1. I'm not sure the word or size limit expected of my reports and 2. I have a test tomorrow.

The posts I've referenced are from Orzahn, Ziprath, predator, willpell, and Alarikun. I figure I'll either cite the speculations with shout outs like I've done here or use the more proper numbered citations similar to those used in academia. Though I've read through all the posts, I've only selected a few to represent the speculation I've found about the comic. I have a lot of material to work with and there is plenty of room to expand so all the posts are appreciated.

I can certainly help with the small comic strip maker, however weekly may be a bit too much for me. Perhaps I can team up with another artist and do it bi-weekly?
