Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful finds a matching set of urns which have a fastening system to keep the top attached.
Agrees makes short work of the treasure and even with a small cascade, creates a hole big enough to crawl through easily. He can tell that the doorway had been buried beneath a mound up against the wall.

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful fills one urn with water from the clay fountain.
He then picks up 4 coins, and tosses them from a bit of distance into the other four fountains, to see what happens. ( black, white, central golden, then sapphire, I looked up the fountains and went in order from the clay one where I am)

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful throws coins into the fountains.(please specific metal type of coins , gold out silver…may give you more results)
He also opens up the urns, finding blue Ash inside, he dumps this out to put water inside. (Probably after washing them first)
None of them react except the blue fountain.
Instead of falling to the bottom, the coin floats on the surface.
(Gathers, where are you in the room)
The cloak forms to your body, the others can see that it sprouts two arms and a large mouth that dominates much of the space of your back.
Upon it's arrival it yells. "Munchers is hungry!!"

"Aaah!" Cups and his display window will get the heck away from Munchers, calling forth a couple cups to use as ammunition should Munchers get any ideas...

The arms Scrabble about wildly, finally landing on a random cup and popping it into it's mouth, chewing it loudly before licking it's lips and yelling. "Munchers wants more!!"

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful Memory picks up a few golden coins, and puts them in his pocket.
If he ever gets out, those should ensure a somewhat comfortable ride back to the Wizard.
He then picks up a silver coin, and tosses it in Muncher's direction, having heard somewhere that gold and silver may cause different reactions, but not remembering in which context he has heard this. But meeting a metal eating cloak that can talk sounds interesting enough to feed it.
"Hey there, friend. Where do you come from?"
[ooc]and thanks to the GM for reminding me that I should wash my goods before using them[/ooc]

Forgetful grabs some money for the future.
Then, he picks up a silver coin and tosses it to muncher who gobbles it up without hesitation. "More!!"

Agrees watches the talking cloak for a bit, and then he will move through the doorway that is now big enough for him to crawl through. Once he is into the next room he will yell, "HELLO. ANYONE HERE?"

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful looks after the Goblin that just went through the door.
He walks to the clay fountain, takes another big sip of it, then follows the other Goblin through the door into the big room.
He starts watching along the wall, left of the door frame, and turns rightwards, until the mountain is in full view.
He stands there in awe, looking upwards to see if the tower of gold leads anywhere.
"Impressive amount of riches here. I wonder who left them?"

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful follows through that one goblin.. What was his name again... Well whatever.. He follows him into the cavernous room.... At least you think it's a room.
Forgetful heads along the wall to the left and looks around.
Out away from the wall, the gold masses upwards into a large hill of treasure. But given the darkness of the room, he's unable to fully see how high or far the mountain of gold goes.
(There is no tower)

Bombards is the front half and has control of her own arms and legs. Muncher is on her back, and has his own arms and mouth.

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
When the other goblin joins him through the doorway, "Hi, I'm Agrees. Wow, this is a big room, but I don't see any fountains in here just yet. What do you think we should do?"
He will look around the large room for anything that isn't treasure, and any other doors or exits.

"Hi Agrees. I'm Forgetful Memory.
No, besides the mountain of gold, I don't see anything of interest yet.
I wonder if one of the less appetizing fountains in the previous room is the Fountain of Wishes.
Or whether the Fountain if Wishes is below the volume of gold. Because someone wished for gold, and the Fountain of Wishes is still spewing gold below us. Could be... Shall we explore this room by walking along the wall until we get back to the first room?"
Meanwhile, Forgetful looks around for interesting artifacts, like armour, or swords/daggers/... (goblins-sized).

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
(how far will agrees travel?)
Agrees finds that if he walks in any direction far enough, he reaches a point where the back wall that they came from fades into the darkness of the room, and yet he still isn't able to see a wall on the other side of this space.
Forgetful starts looking around for interesting Doo-dads.
He finds a red bladed long dagger. There's a Ruby set into the center of the blade. There's a groove from the tip of the knife that runs into the Ruby setting.
He finds a woven shirt made of metal that looks about his size.
He finds a pair of fuzzy handcuffs.

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
Forgetful and agrees walk with the wall on their left for a few minutes. Agrees finds that he can very easily rush ahead with the ability of his cloak allowing him to cover ground more quickly. Forgetful finds that the walk is rough and painful, as each step brings the possibility of stepping on something pokey.
A short distance along the wall you find the top of a door sticking out above the treasure, the greyness of it a start contrast against the golden glow of treasure.

"Well Forgetful, at least something different. Hmmm... How long do you think it would take to try to move that gold so that we can open that door? Gold is heavy, that might be hard to do."

Cups looks around for something interesting. He finds a left handed gauntlet. In the back of the hand is a circular cavity. He also finds a small statue of a woman with flowing hair. He also finds a silver lamp.

Re: The wishing fountain - everyone can play
He picks up the guantlet, then picks up the statue, and hands full, checks to see if the lamp is cup-like enough to be stored, though he doesn't have much hope.
He spends some time off to the side where his castle once was seeing if he can figure out anything about the items, rather than just putting them on and having them turn into monsters or kill him.
((We have MP, but nothing to use it on yet, I'm trying to see if I can use that to identify some of these things, or at least get a sense if they are harmful or not.))
