Games IRC Room.

I've gone and made an IRC chat room for people to join to talk over the various games and just hang out, give a place for Goblins to gather.

It's on Espernet and the room is ##GobGames (two # marks instead of one).

Also, I'm recruiting for a dungeon run over in the recruitment thread.
