I'm not quite sure if this is 'seeing' cause it comes out of nowhere. There hasn't really been a change between Kin and Minmax (except for the huge trustbreak) that in my eyes would validate the sudden copying of behavior and even pain. Remember that Minmax started 'seeing' her during the tower battle which would have meant that Kin would have been swinging her arms around during the entire gear scene, or that Minmax would have just swiped at the wall at an imaginary spider (I know we don't see it so it could have happened). My theory is that Thunt is just showing us that Kin is also torn up about it and that they are feeling the same about what has happened.

I'm not entirely convinced of my own theory cause of the exact same body stances even in the crouching, also Kin doesn't have a spider bite on her hand where Minmax's wound is.

My opinion on it:
I'd say this is good evidence for the seeing thing. What Kin's doing looks a bit unnatural. She's sitting (or lying, I don't know how it works with a snake body) there all normal, then she randomly puts her arm on her face. I know she's upset, but it still seems random, like her posture beforehand doesn't really suggest she was going to do that.
The spider doesn't seem that close to her hand, and there doesn't seem to be a bite mark, suggesting the spider may not have bitten her (or that may be down to the drawing not being finalised). Her reaction to the spider seems odd. From what I've seen in the comic, Kin doesn't come across as a violent and angry person over what I would say is minor thing. It's a bit of an over reaction to violently whack all the mugs flying after apparently being bit by a tiny spider. That seems more like something Minmax might do, as he seems to be the violently impulsive unthinking guy (and I mean that in the nicest way possible, lol). The way she yells "damn spiders!" seems a bit more like Minmax. When Kin's stressed before, she's overcome with Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness. I'd have imagined her yelling something like "accursed arachnid!".

The real question is will Kin rationalize her hand pain for the Spider or realize she has formed a special connection to him?
