Ah, thats awesome. I'l leave the scouting skills for you then, Bob
Seeing as we have a lot of casters i'l make a good ol' fashioned rogue. I might skimp a bit on the trap-finding seeing as we have a scout
What about alignments? I see some of you being good, would it be okay with you people if i play chaotic neutral?

If I'm playing a paladin, my guy won't tolerate anyone evil but g/n is fine (just don't tell him / her if you're off to do bad shit). Alternatively, if there's a strong desire from people to play evil characters I can not be a paladin...

One way of getting through being evil is to either be on the edge of the alignment, or faking it. And not tell anybody but the gm or people that are not evolved what alignment you are.

It would be nice to not have people in an instant conflict with each other, I don't really want to force anything special upon you to avoid such a situation

Morgan's TN. She leans towards CG though in her behaviour and thoughts... was being trained to be more neutral but she has issues with that sometimes. (She's definitely got issues between Chaotic and Lawful...)

Oh, one quick question Theis - how strict are you about paladin alignment stuff wrt losing paladin status? I know that deliberate acts of evilness will cost me, but I'm trusting that there's a decent amount of leeway as regards e.g. helping every beggar in a city?

You're not forced to help everyone on your way, and neither are you forced to fight anything evil on your way. (Don't randomly strike evil aligned beggars down just because they are evil)

Re: D&D 3.5 game Now with players without characters!
Sorry for the double post... I have some questions. For a human paladin:
1. How many hit points does she get?
2. I have assumed we start with 100GP to spend on gear, is that right?
3. With a +1 Int score, I get 12 skill points to spend as a paladin + 4 for being human, is that right?
4. What skills / feats do you recommend?
My character sheet so far is here

1. 10+con mod
2. I mentioned the average starting amounts for your class, which is 150 for paladins
3. Yep
4. I might be able to find some tomorrow but I'm kinda busy the next two days (and this weekend aswell) but I'll try to find something

No worries, there's no rush! If you're too busy to look into it I'll carry on and try and just get you something you can check over
And thanks for the answers
OK: think my character sheet is done aside from a bit more background. Can anyone see any issues with the skills / feats / numbers?

Cranberrys sheet.
He's no longer has specialization with enchantments though he still retains the feats for enchantments. ( 3+ to save dc.)

It's a bummer that spiders can't be chosen as animal companions, but squid and camels can?

Vermins aren't part of what usually can be an animal companion, but there is some time before a ranger gets an animal companion that strong, so I'll look at it while we get closer to that.
If anyone needs help with their sheet I would be glad if you could PM me and I'll try to get around helping you as soon as possible
I've been rather busy and still will be to the end of the week especially the weekend but after that I should be able roam the forums as usual.
