Impressed with his marvelous beard, Laughs will twirl the mustache into something a bit more rakish to fit its new color... perhaps something in the handlebar family of mustache styles.
He'll then climb up the rightish side of the 'ladder' and inspect the odd looking groove... if it's a narrow tunnel, he'll avoid putting his face directly in front of it in case another worm comes out.

Soars will go back to the ledge, "Hey does someone with a stick or something want to come up here there looks to be some sort of trap and I've got nothing to poke it with."

"EEW!" Walks will wipe her face and the rest of her body the best she can (with her hands) and try to scoop up some of the worm remains into her empty vial. After that she will examine the discolored oval hole in the wall.
If she still can do something after that, climb up and move left. She stays clear of the structure on the floor (trap door?), though.

After successfully twirling his beard into a marvelous new shape,
Laughs climbs up and inspects the hole. The hole is crawling with maggot shaped things which are probably baby worms. He decides that sticking his hand inside would probably be stupid.
William walks over for a closer look at the ring on the wall and finds that it is an iron ring set firmly into the wall. It looks perfect for tying things onto.
Soars walks back into the large cavern and yells down at everyone
"Hey does someone with a stick or something want to come up here there looks to be some sort of trap and I've got nothing to poke it with."
Totally grossed out from the explosion of blood and guts,
Walks wipes herself clean as best as possible, collects a small sample of worm guts (If you look closely you can see little worm shaped things swimming in the blood). She then somehow climbs the wall (around or over Laughs) and enters the trapdoor cave while giving the trapdoor a wide berth.
Dies continues his "catch-up" journey and arrives in the trapdoor room
Tells also waits for someone to activate the trap.

Laughs continues climbing to catch up with the rest, and if no one else seems interested in doing so, he'll cautiously prod the suspicious section of floor with his tapestry rod.

You mean the blood is full of living hatchlings? That's how the worm reproduces? DOUBLE EEW! And HECK NO, Walks is not drinking that!
Walks stands ready to evade anything nasty that comes out of the trapdoor, and/or help any goblins in danger (e.g. pull someone out of a danger zone, fight any hostiles). After that (or instead, if nothing of the sort is needed) she'll pass th trap door (if that is safely possible) and continues down the tunnel.

Not to give anything away, but typically, the darkest gray is "rock" (impassable), the lighter gray denotes a cavern hallway/entrance, and the circles with the brown " Dirt floor" and dark gray denotes a "passage"
^that being said, I'm guessing that by "continue down the tunnel" you mean to keep going left, as opposed to into the "passage"
I'm going to say one more thing about my art, Before i draw rooms, i always draw my background and or "container" first, this means, as opposed to some games, everything fits together perfectly, you might keep this in mind.

erm, no I meant that opening in the back wall. Walks should go through there. However you call it. IF it's safely possible.
To me, it doesn't look like the cave continues to the left.

William lays down and tries to peek into the depths, he can just barely see what looks like a tunnel down below, he would need a length of rope in order to get down there. He thinks he can hear scritching and scratching sounds coming from somewhere below
Dies decides that he wants a friend, he walks back into the large cavern and peeks inside the small hole in the wall. Somehow he is able to reach inside and grab a baby blood worm without getting injured. He then places the baby blood worm on his shoulder. The baby blood worm immediately latches onto his shoulder and begins to suck blood from
Dies taking him down to 4.9/5 Hp.
Laughs arrives from the large cavern to the right and uses his tapestry rod to spring the trap. Two large panels fall out beneath the rod, below the group of goblins standing there can see two large spikes covered with blood in the cavern they were just in recently. The trap was crudely made however and there is a safe place to stand around the edges.
Tells and
Soars wait impatiently for the trap to be sprung
Seeing that the trap has been sprung and there is a safe way to move around the panels,
Walks carefully walks around them and then moves into the tunnel. The tunnel slowly climbs upward until it breaks into another cavern. She can hear snoring coming from the right cave mouth.

Laughs will carefully navigate the trapdoor and follow Walks. If he's able, he'll move forward into the room on the lower level.

William will rise and go up the ladder in the wall, avoided the tainted step. He will then go around the trap on the next level and into the tunnel to the level above. If he still has movement he will then climb the rope.

Walks examines the rope before climbing it (only if safe!). Then she examines the dotted line (?), unless this is just the GM's way of telling us the cave goes on there.
If she is still able to, she moves right (upper), and very carefully and silently so. If she encounters anything hostile, and she's still able to: attack it with the pointy stick.
If the rope is not safe to climb OR it's not safe to pass the dotted line: move right (lower) the same way she would have done the upper (silent and ready to fight back, if necessary).

The blood worm continues to suck blood from
Dies bringing him down to 4.8/5 Hp.
Dies spaces out.
Tells spaces out.
Soars moves carefully past the trap and follows the path that
Walks took to another cavern. Upon arriving,
Soars fearlessly climbs the rope to the upper level.
William climbs up the wall grooves, careful to avoid the worm hole before walking into the trapdoor cave. He carefully moves around the edge of the trap and heads into the tunnel. He wants to climb the rope, but given the caution he took to walk around the edge of the trapdoor, he is unable to do so.
Laughs walks toward the snoring sounds and finds himself face to face with the thing which is snoring. The snoring in this room is so loud that the walls and floors are vibrating with the deep sound of the noise.
After checking to make sure that the rope is safe to climb,
Walks shimmies quickly up the rope and then assumes a stealthy position which she uses to cross into the next room. Luckily, no one is there.
