"Okaaay.... Kal, do you trust him? Her?"
((Can I request that Kal make an Insight check?))

((you certainly can))
Insight: 1D20+3 = [10]+3 = 13
Reptilian races are always hard to get a read on, but Kal knows the ones he used to talk with placed a lot of stock in straightforward communication, often to the point of bluntness. When they say something, they usually mean it.

(How close is she to the house now? Which lizard is hexed? Does Gwen have her disguise self still active?)

When Kal says it's good, I sigh, place my staff in the bottom of the boat, and pull a series of daggers and darts from various places in my clothing, making a little pile nearby, and stand ready to hop over the edge of the boat with the others.

Merric smiles at the translation
"No need to worry, this is the true god's domain, he'll protect us!
Merric will eagerly stand up in the boat with surprisingly little effect on its balance. He'll then gleefully jump into the water after securing his "holy" water.

((So based on where Gwen was hiding and moving last time, I'd say she's probably about 5 squares east and one north of the Ss22 trap in the top left area))

Artho watches Korrik pull out his stashed assortment of weapons with a look of impressed surprise, then follows suit, removing his bow and hunting knife and dropping them into the bottom of the canoe.
"Our things will be safe here, I assume?"
His (translated) question is met with silence from the lizardfolk and he slips into the water with a sigh.

Kal does indeed translate. "I'm going to do it," he adds. "I understand if you don't want to. I can meet up with you outside their territory if you're willing to wait near one of the arrow posts."

Alright, so hmm... I think she can get there and have a tiny bit of movement left. She'll disengage and head 5 E 1 SE so she's slightly behind the trap so the lizard folk get on it.
Something like this.

I'll tread water with a hand on the boat until everyone is in, then follow our "guides".

The lizard group decide to trust to the lizardfolk, and strip off their weapons and enter the water with varying degrees of enthusiasm.
Once everyone's in, there is a pause for a few seconds and then four large lizardfolk kick up towards you all, grabbing each of you in a strong grapple and pulling you under.
If anyone wants to make a quick action, go ahead, otherwise make me DEX saves to grab a last breath.

Merric is so eager to get going that he apparently forgot to breathe in before going down. He'll however try to relax as much as possible while holding his mouth and nose closed with his hands, as he attempts to use gaze of two minds on the lizard grabbing him (will fail automatically if unwilling)
Merric dex save:
1D20+3 = [6]+3 = 9

I instinctively try to wriggle out of the grasp, but am not used to doing so in water, and get grabbed. Well... fork. One last breath, and they'll find that Tallpines aren't that easy to drown!
Korrik: Acrobatics to Avoid Grapple; Take a Breath: 1D20+6 = [5]+6 = 11
1D20+6 = [9]+6 = 15

((Well, I would think that Merric is either the least likely to drown, or the most accustomed to it... perhaps chronic lack of oxygen to the brain could explain a lot about him.))

Inside the cabin, the defenders prepare for the attack, as the pounding feet outside are joined by a screeching roar from further back. ((They'll be at the cabin next round, if you want to do anything particular while you wait)).
Syli & Gwen:
► Show Spoiler
Three more lizardfolk burst from the trees and sprint at the house. One glances at the struggling lizardfolk who's been caught in the snare trap and pulls up from the run with a snarl, barking angrily at the trapped individual and gesturing forcefully at the cabin.
Syli is up.
((There are currently 5 lizardfolk charging the cabin, one is caught in Gwen's snare by the log, and one has stopped to yell at the trapped one. You can shoot either of the two stopped lizardfolk without difficulty, but to shoot the runners, you'd need to shift to the east side of the roof because of the angle. There is still another lizardfolk in the burning shed, who is also within range if you want to keep focused over there.
There are two lizardfolk chasing Gwen right now too, but they're out of sight from where Syli is, so she wouldn't know they're there))

Korrik
► Show Spoiler
You kick up and away from the reaching hands, but they close tight around your arms and pull you down under the surface. You grab a lungful of air as your head dips beneath the surface, but the tight grip around your chest means you don't get as much as you could have.
The light blurs and fades as the pressure in your head and ears builds and with a sudden lurch forwards, you feel the water begin to rush past your face, speckles of dirt and slimy things flick past your face. Tens of seconds pass, then more... Korrik begins to feel uncomfortable as his air dwindles.
((Any actions?))
Merric
► Show Spoiler
Merric, being the first to enter the water, is happily treading water for about a minute before the others strip their gear and jump into the swamp. As Artho finally slips into the water, Merric opens his mouth to speak at the same moment as a pair of strong hands grab his waist and pull him rapidly underwater, before he has time to grab more than the barest breath. A powerful, clawed hand clamps over his mouth and nose and with a lurch, Merric feels himself tucked under the creature's arm as he is pulled down into the swamp. Compared to his meditations, there is no comforting sense of pressure and darkness here - only a pale brown blur across his vision and occasional bits of dirt and slime hitting his face. Short of air, his lungs quickly begin to burn as the seconds tick by...
((Any actions?))
Kal
► Show Spoiler
Kal takes a couple of deep breaths as he prepares to dive under the water, when he feels a powerful grip close around his arms and pull him down beneath the surface. He turns his face towards the sky and fills his lungs, as he feels his back hugged tightly to the chest of a very large lizardfolk. A scaly, clawed hand clamps rather uncomfortably over his mouth and nose, and the other wraps firmly around his chest as the darkness and pressure envelop him. The creature pauses for a few seconds, then plunges forwards through the water, as Kal feels bits of dirt and slime bounce into his cheeks as the water rushes past him. Tens of seconds pass, then more, and Kal wonders how far they have to go, grateful at least that he got a good breath of air.
((Any actions?))

Korrik
► Show Spoiler
Cautiously flexing your muscles against the creature's grip only serves to make the creature tighten its grip in response. If you were to try and escape, it would likely be extremely tricky to pull off... Saying that, the only real discomfort is in your lungs. The creature is holding you firmly, but not painfully, and seems to be moving with far more purpose and speed than you could.
The creature suddenly darts to the left, then left again and down... and you find yourselves plunged down into a disorienting darkness... Korrik's lungs begin to burn.
