I don't think spider is likely to be forgetting that poison thing any time soon. Just as Ala became obsessed with mushrooms, so shall Darfel become obsessed with poisons and their antidotes.

And killing all poisoners. At least he can turn all the anti poison spells he's gonna take into healing as needed.

Yes, yes you have. 'Marginally Competent' is about as good as we can claim.

In a way, we're all addicts, aren't we? All addicted to the games we play, the characters we build.[/profound nonsense] :P
My game:
Hunters of Letrua; Character list
Also Player / Monster stats, skill lists.

My characters:
Tugs Tails, the goblin that was sort of a trapper and wears a bear's tail at his neck, for some reason - Lair of the Mountain King (Run by Thinks)
Alex Sparo, A city boy, poor of sight, who has learned to manipulate people and make the most of what he, and others, have - Trinity Isles (Run by Mort)
Mehriv Turajin, a Noble Dragonborn Sorcerer sent from his clan because he wasn't dragony enough. - The Wandering Archipelago (Run by Thinks)

In the game his character is quite literal...
Really...why are you reading this?

I don't think Cranberry is addicted to anything or paranoid.. He have lost his memory though and so far it seems like he used to be an evil wizard that shortly tried to kill the party before returning to normal.. I'm sure you will fit right in with this group!

It's a solid fallback for when it's important to talk to people and animals aren't a viable topic.

Group one players: how to deal with the villagers asking questions? I'm thinking full on charm offensive, my character sheet seems to suggest that would be a good idea :P
Psychosis is such an ugly word... I prefer Internalised Reality Warping.

Yeah, I think wherever possible we should be pleasant to people but not overly familiar. If that turns out to be weird behaviour, we can put it down to being in a good mood from the festivities of the day. I'm concerned those ladies will start gossiping if we don't tell them what's going on, so yeah, charm away!

Nikohl: Thanks for giving me the Selkie roll now. What you say makes sense, and it's appreciated.

Guys: Thoughts on how to interpret what I got from it? If that's not cheating.

Eh, not cheating. Mildly meta, but not cheating in the slightest. If you all started discussing what your characters knew out here, despite them not being in the same location in-game, and then acted on said discussion in character, I'd be miffed. But you as you asking other players as people for advice is fine, in my humble (and very relevant, in this instance) opinion.

Thanks.

Probably, I'll just make the basic doll as best I can, then talk over the Selkie idea when we get together later.

Don't make spirit-shaped dolls in a fishing town is my advice. Selkies are benign enough in rl mythology but let's not tempt fate around superstitious folk!

...you know...the best person to get input on how the doll should look we already met. And it is not a player character.

Interest seemed to be low, I got bored waiting around, so sent Ryush home. If he's not relying on others, at least he can do something.

That's fine. I'm not complaining, I'm explaining why what I originally suggested wasn't going ahead. Sometimes things grind to a bit of a halt, especially in periods of heavy talking, but I don't want to just not update. Hence, a knock at the door! Maybe it'll set something off. Who knows. I'm not sure what he's there for, yet.

I'm still in the process of catching up with the forums. It's a lot to read through, especially with this game. I might need a little more time to come up with something sensible and IC, but I'll try to post something tomorrow at the latest.
Sorry again for the hold-up.
