Voices are being recorded this weekend for the pitch trailer. That will get animated and then shopped around to studios that have already expressed interest. Then we'll see who wants to buy the first season.

Thunt's work is already legally distinct enough for an obscure web-comic, the worst that might need to happen (to avoid lawsuit) is severely dulling the tabletop language.

I think the patreon channel miht have a bit more news, but I'm not interested in an animated version of Goblins.
At least not when I see how most modern animations are.....

TL;DR: Life's a piece of shit, when you look at it. And now we're waiting for a more opportune time to pitch it in Hollywood (spending money cut, and Netflix already heavily invested in other fantasy)

But there is news!

Hey guys! I almost never go on this platform anymore, but I wanted to let you know that the Goblins Animated trailer is out!!! Go to http://goblinsanimated.com and click on the mega trailer link. The password is in the most recent update on indiegogo

I cannot access it, since I never joined the IndieGoGo fundraiser, but this sounds very promising!
I had expected for this project to have quietly died.

Now, maybe one of the streaming platforms will throw some money at this project to make a full season happen.

I got the update e-mail from indiegogo and watched the trailer. It was really great. It's got a cameo from our very own WearsHats, and everything. So cool.

Do you have to have to have donated and be on the e-mail list to see the updates? Or are they posted somewhere? I think I donated, so that may be a requirement.

Normally even public facebook pages don't let me see comments unless I "log in or register".

I knew it would be a question of time until it gets leaked.
Astonished it happened so early, but also many watching it may create more interest in getting a show done.
