Underslem is stuffed or else he would have helped Gluj (goblin-sluj?) eat some beetles. He will save one in a pocket for tasting later.

<Let's use this big thing to drag that other big thing through the portal so we have the bones and meat for later. Then we can explore more?>

((Any tasty creatures around from that perception roll earlier?))

Gomz sighs, glares irritably towards Underslem, snaps a pincer in his direction then grabs the big lizard thing with both pincers and starts pulling it towards the portal. Hearing a giant scorpion riggidly ragalsnacking under it's breath is a novel experience. <<Slem gets to kill his next meal on his own. Gomz is tired of getting hurt!>>

<You didn't get hurt, your meat sack did! I did hit the food with fire to help!>

Slem is a bit sour at Gomz's lack of gratitude, but with a full belly it doesn't last long.

<And find the Master!>

Gomz grumps << Gomz DID get hurt when his sneaky meat sack form was destroyed! Gomz does not want to be like Bob Blob and no longer have any form! Gomz likes new strong forms, but he likes having a form of any type better than no form at all!>>

<And now we have an extra just in case!>

Slem thinks Gomz should chill, but it is also aware that Gomz is BIG now so just tries to be placating.

<Master, first then we find a way out! We don't need to be more careful, we need to be more coordinated. Had everyone attacked at once after it came running rather than piecemeal it would have been much easier!>

Slem wonders if some of its siblings would have been happier in their tanks, nice and safe but hungry.

Gomz folds his legs up under him and absently gnaws on a piece of lizard.

<Nah. Master would more like someplace like this meat body would. New place!>

Once everyone is out Underslem will open the portal to the right of their current and poke its head in.

Gomz gets up with a sigh and turns to face the new portal, alternately snapping his claws while readying himself to charge the gate if necessary.

The portal opens into a field, tall plants swaying about 6 feet high, the portal's opening having sliced some of them, where they fell to the ground. It seems to be a planted crop, as it is all in neat rows. It's night, the moon hanging full in the sky, a few wisps of clouds drifting across the stars.

Gomz gives him a slightly irritated look and waves him to go ahead. << I'll wait next to the door. I'm too big to move through the plants without making a big trail.>> That being said he moves over to the side of the opening a parks himself, trying to crush too many plants.

(( OOC: And if you find a bunch of strange kids with sharp pokies, you're on your own. :P ))

Underslem walks around until it is out of the tall plants. Then it will look around for food/master.
