Just to be on the safe side: there already is a Russian translation, and they are "live" (meaning: they are at the current page).
No need to start a translation project for that, if you thought about it.... ;)

It looks like they got blank pages the way the added the sound words. The background doesn't look like somebody cleaned it up before adding the word in russian. That, or they have a very good graphics guy.
