Charm or guile, depending on what route you wanna take with it. Or like any time in this game, basically any roll assuming you can justify why you rolled it instead. :P

Vader, could I have a guile roll to see if the guy is under the impression whether you're being serious or not? :P

Natrivv, am I taking your last post as that you'll split off from the rest of the group to go check this out?

Finally, Synch- There's no "hallway" to simply return to... You entered this area through a vent system. You could of course just backtrack through that where you were before and continue from there if you want to.

Well, Koa has his suspicions that the guy didn't acquire his inventory legitimately (especially given the assortment of wallets), but he's not going to rule out the possibility that the pokeballs were gotten fairly :shifty:

But here:
Guile on Pokeball seller?: 1d6 = [4] = 4

And yeah, I'd be up for trying to haggle. What would I need to roll for that? Charm?
We're team charm. If you don't roll charm it's heresy.

Btw Mort, you realise Parting Shot is only learned by like 2-3 Pokemon, right? Not sure it's a great TM choice for anyone trying to make money

Well, canonically, the custom moves were "commissions" for which the commissioner never ended up paying. So more likely than anything, who ever skipped paying for it wanted it for a pokemon to learn parting shot, or more likely, thought it seemed cool and didn't realize none of his pokemon would be able to use it.

...Did you fall for that? I'm joking, they TOTALLY just have a giant physical wheel with all the possible moves they spin to see what they make next.

irene charm check [5d6] = 25

I feel sorry for him

edit: now that I'm a little more awake, and properly understanding the message, the poor guy does have a chance, but I have to trust him first lol

So I'm guessing either the Gym staff noticed Alex was ranting to himself in utter darkness and thought there was something seriously wrong with him, or one of the maze's inhabitants heard him and doesn't have a damn clue what to do about the insane person. Either way, Alex is pleased to have somebody who isn't a robot around.

Can we please take a moment to appreciate

Type Ace (Poison)/psychic connection
Taskmaster / cheerleader
Roughneck / sage
Researcher / warper
great intimidate / great charm
pathetic charm / pathetic intimidate
tech edu / occult edu
works hard at a job/ never had a job

I think our characters are almost perfect opposites lol. The only thing they both really share is horrible stealth. I think we'd make a great good cop bad cop duo

This sort of near-perfect opposite is where people often start their ships. :p

Hey, how am I not on Team Survival! I have 5d6 Survival! I GREW UP IN THE TUNDRA!!!

M0rt, I got confused with this bit:
Bjorn heads to the left, entering a larger hall that seems ever so dimly illuminated... And is met with what looks like a cushioned floor- The reason of which becomes quite apparent, as he ends up looking upwards, along a wall climb leading to an elevated platform, about four meters up... Where an idol seems to sit. The initial climb seems easy enough- But it does also seem to continue, albeit much harder...
Is this a dead end? I assumed there was a climbing wall on one side but the hall is like a long hallway that keeps going? And so Bjorn climbs down and keeps heading along the hall.

If its a dead end then Bjorn will go back to that grate.
