Yeah, that was Rudy. If I had that thing, I wouldn't be mucking around with lanterns. Randy could clean his up, now that we're resting. Definitely got oil available for it.

Does burns know that you've been actively messaging him or is he purposely ignoring the voices in his mind.

For those of you curious about what's going on with Coljin: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organophosphate_poisoning
Although I would have thought this rather advanced for someplace with the equivalent of Ancient Egypt tech.

Should I be proud or disturbed that the assorted symptoms I pulled out of the air track with a real diagnosis?

Fair. If it didn't, Web MD would have shut down from lack of traffic years ago.

Incidentally, it's not my imagination - Nem is actually worse than average at Investigation rolls.
She's currently sitting on an un-modified average of 9.4 compared to the d20 average of 10.5 after 42 attempts (excluding rolls made with adv or disadv).

Right, I've just not bothered labeling my rolls so didn't consider it was easy to search for what type of rolls we've made

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
Maybe. Although it would be terrible architectural design to make it so that people can't escape once they're in the poisoned urn room. You'd think there would be more skeletons and stuff down here if that was the case...

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
I think most people wouldn't have travel with someone that would trap them in the room to begin with. Maji pretty much screwed us over by pulling the lever
It's also assuming the undead and mummy didn't get them first..
Turning the urn the first time trapped Maji in the stairs, us in the urn room. As we turned the urn 50% (75%?) we opened up the path to the treasure chamber.
At that point Maji pulled the lever which made the column try to rise again but was blocked by having rotated.
We got out and returned the urn to the original position and that enabled it to rise again by Maji pulling the lever.
Maji went inside it again and got trapped by us rotating the urn (and column) again.
We turned it back and Maji is back in the mummy room and can pull the lever again to lower the column down to us.

Yes, this! If Maji had hopped out before the second rotation, he'd have had the green gas all to himself...

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
I guess it is quite the engineering feat to have done it with the current technology so I guess that's why most of the characters are confused by it (and the unexpected and accidental betrayal by Maji)

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
I think it's because the ramp is kind of a corkscrew, right? So it's described as going up and down, but it also actually moves up and down. It makes sense now, but yeah. Took a while
Anyway, if we're just waiting on Maji, we might as well look inside the urn, right? Or try and open those weird boxes that Nem totally didn't understand.
