But we all have feet, right? Doctors sometimes cut off baby feet because they have too many.

Not everyone. Lego people have holes where their feet would be.
Image And always make sure your dragons are happy little dragons.

nah, they have feet. Just short ones.
But they have holes where their soles would be. Holes up the the upper skin, so their feet are without bones. But then, the skin of the Lego people works as good as an exoskeleton.

BTW: Did you know that LEGO is the largest tire manufacturer in the world?
They produce more tires than Goodyear with all its subsidiaries.
(By volume of rubber used in the products, the car-tyre manufacturers are still larger)

I think the closest analogy would be for someone to have a thing for a hair color that is extremely rare in their area of the world. E.g. someone in Southern Africa or South America liking red hair.

Or, not to state the obvious.... Having a thing for bald women?

What about bearded women? I have a non-sexual "thing" for lady-beards, and any other genetic trait that's both rare and potentially helpful.

I'm thinking it's most likely equivalent is bald chicks, as nikohl mentioned.

Whatever the best equivalent is, I think the point is that it's not that weird at all. The comic says "this is how weird and unnatural being gay is among my characters, it's weirder to them if someone likes hair".

I think everyone has prejudices and such and amongst these goblins at least I see this comic meaning one of two things. hair fetish is weirder/more uncommon than gay. or it is more fun to tease names than big ears. Although since big ears looked a little worried I suspect there is still some prejudice against it and seeing this comic made me wonder if he and one eye were an item based on how he reacted when he died.

Fumbles update: the latest blog post confirms Fumbles as asexual.

Let's add a link to the specific blog post, as "the latest blog post" may refer to something different in the future:

I would say this is unlikely, as One Eye didn't appear in either the lust or love column for Big Ears. Big Ears suggests that he, Complains and Fumbles have never been in love, an odd statement if One Eye was his lover. http://www.goblinscomic.org/10222015-2/

If anything I say offends you I am sorry. It is likely late and I am tired, or I'm upset and I am not thinking straight, and though I sincerely wish I could, I can't express myself in such a way that helps you be less of a crybaby.
