Well, after the tapestries were not usable, I decided to not try that.

Laughs never made it into that room, or he would have.BadgeAddict wrote:Yes, however, for reasons of not being overpowered, I will be placed a maximum of +5 Atk on it for now.askstoomuch wrote:if I understand correctly blood song is now a +2 sword right ?
edit: I'm also amazed that no one ripped down the shower curtain, which was a +1 Def if it had been taken.

You can move this to the finished games forum.
No, that is up to the GM, he may keep it here for a time if he wish, for others to comment on it.
It will be moved when he wishes so. -LAYF-

There will be a permanent link to all finished quests on the front page of the gal ooc thread too so you can find them there no matter where they end up

This is why I wrote can and not must. It was just a suggestion to the GM. What negative are people always interpreting into what I write?Nerre wrote:You can move this to the finished games forum.

Being in the finished games forum - at least to me - feels like an accomplishment because most games never make it to theend and just get abandoned.

Re: GAL: Quest 3 - dun dun done
Because (British) English is an excessively polite language compared to many others and to say 'you can move this...' without adding 'if you want to' will sometimes be read as a demand, even if it's not what you meant or what the words literally mean It's weird and I've met more than a few folk who cannot understand it at all!

Hehe, yes that, and that no-one was addressed in the post except "you"
And since mods are the only ones who can do it, I just wanted to make sure no one misunderstood and moved it without the GMs premission / request.
Not meant to sound negative, sorry there, it was only to avoid mistakes

Re: GAL: Quest 3 - dun dun done
When I watched a cooking show with Ramsay British English did not sound very polite. Hehe. But I undestand what you mean. It's just that I have to write much lately and my fingers hurt sometimes, so I am a bit lazy with words if they do. That and the german straightforwardness. I am also annoyed that my auto correct is US-English and not UK. We learned UK in school and being forced to write color instead of colour and armor and not armour, for example, is annoying sometimes.
Thinking about it I will try to install both now.
The "you" is actually the fault of the English language, as plural and singular have the same word.
In German the singular is "du", while the plural is "ihr", so you can better see who is meant by it.

You could revert to Old English if you like. Thou is the singular, You the plural.

Ah yeah - I couldn't remember if you were German or not, but it's mostly Germans who've had the problems and can't understand why we don't just say what we mean instead of dancing around it all the time, while we all wonder why they're being so bloody demanding
Anyway, we could take this chat elsewhere I guess and stop derailing the game thread!

*it's somehing meme*.
But the game has ended, we cannot derail it. Gm, thou couldst move this thread to the archive if thou wantest.

Done.. I've left the Shadow topic in games so people can find it, but it will slowly drop and when on page 3 or in a month or so I'll remove it.
