Hi, I read Goblins since around book 3, if I remember correctly.
I had an account in the forum, but never posted anything and it got deleted. My english is not very good and it takes me a lot of time to make even simple posts. But I like to read the theories and the discussion on the new pages.

I'll try to post more.
Cheers!

Welcome...Some of us native english speakers are just as slow being poor typists...or in my case, so old that I still think I need to carve the letters out of a block of wood...
(Doesn't work on these demonic little push button contraptions very well...)

You account did not get deleted. The whole forum got swiped away in a massive upheaval in preview of the demonic forces spewin forth within the comic.

Welcome back, jfms!

Just wanted to say hi so my account doesn't get deleted again.

Long time lurker, avid reader, loving the regular updates and am very glad I didn't forget about the place during the year of darkness.

Thank you. And welcome!

As mentioned in the latest forum announcement, we've seen an uptick in spambots abusing the forum to quietly post links in their user profiles. The boards software isn't currently configured to give us a good way to limit that, so we've started purging accounts with 0 posts. Not ideal, but hopefully doing more good than harm. We don't want to turn away anyone who genuinely wants to participate. We're just cleaning house a bit.

Hi kindalas!

good of you to have hung around. We're all glad that the worst is over, and that there seems to be a regular update scheme establishing.

Have fun..

@mod team: thanks. It's good to see the spam links diappearing.

Hey, I just ate three purple potatoes yesterday, for dinner. What a coincidence!
Welcome, potatoe!

Hi all, long-time reader here; not too interested in forum communities, but after seeing "Meanwhile #2" and assuming there was a "Meanwhile #1" that I missed at some point, I finally figured I'd make an account so I could ask whether it's still viewable somewhere.

Hello red feather.
Yes, it is still viewable, have a look inthe transcription thread. Most previous bomus contents (guest art, previous Axe owner infos, ...) are linked over there as images, for forumites only....

Welcome gnomff!

Interesting name, any particular meaning you might want to share?

It was the name of my first D&D character! I played him all through middle and high school. In fact it was supposed to be 'Gonff' after the character in Mossflower, but my 7th grade self misspelled it that day haha

I found it, but all I see are giant spoilerblocks full of text.

Still, nearly all of them include a link, just like the quote above links to your post. Otherwise tell me which one you want, and I'll have a look why there's no link, and if I can find it....

Ahah, I got it. So there had only been one previously that I had missed. But a very important one, assuming that character will be in the plot again (which seems very likely, and #2 more of a toss-up).

Hi all, I'm a lurker who doesn't post often. Just reregistered today after the forum reset, and then saw from this thread that the forum reset was in 2013; I can't even remember my name on the old forum.

I used to be "Makes Halflings Giggle" on one of the old forums, years ago. You may be noticing a pervasive theme here.
