Junter (1) moves to I3 and examines the door. If it is locked or trapped, and he can, he will disarm the traps (priority) or unlock the door. If he can he will open the door. If he still has actions left he will examine the room for traps.

Karl (3) opens the door and makes sure he is at least 6 squares away from a monster
He will then move to the nearest chest or another container of goods unless it brings him within 6 squares of a monster.

Slice'n'Dice (3) moves to K-14
He examines the door to make sure there are no traps.
1. If there are no traps he opens the door.
2. If there is a trap he attempts to disarm it.

Group 3: Woo, options!
Tharl goes to the door and touches it. It glows red and his mind is filled with the voice of some ancient being. When the voices fade, the orb goes dim. As the party has opened both door, he moves to G13 so he can help out any of his party members.
Potian goes to touch the orb, but nothing happens. Shrugging he goes to J14.
Karl opens the door he's at and spots a chest across the room, but then notices several giant rats. He moves back away from the door so he is at least 6 spaces away from the nearest rat.
Slice'n'Dice moves to K14 and finds the door to have no traps. He opens it, revealing a long thin tunnel that forks. the tunnel is filled with bats.
Round 3 begins, Map Updating

Yes, you can fire through allies.

(3) Slice'n'Dice closes the door so that the bats cannot enter and attack and then moves to G-12.
He readies an attack and will attack a Rat if it comes close enough for him to attack it.

Assuming the door stays open, Tharl (3) snarls and charges, using 2 moves to get to G7 and attacking a rat (H7). Obvious conditionals include attacking any rat that moves closer to him first (but suposedly we move first). Tharl not stupid. Tharl want others to shoot rat at F6.
Edit: OOC: I hope the GM is actualy storing all of the turns of maps, because I think they will tell an interesting story slideshow fashion.

Hanurauk hands the potion over to Loran and waits.
Loran spends the whole turn identifying the potion. After some testing, he determines that it is a Health potion.
Kalin opens the door, peering down a long hallway. He notices a few statues before closing the door.
Junter moves to the other door, and finding it locked he unlocks it. He opens the door and spots a number of skeletons, who slowly turn to look at him.

Tharl charges into the room for two actions, ending at G7. He attacks the rat in H7 and his blade cleaves it in two pieces as he does 4 points of damage.
Potian moves to F12 and fires at teh Rat in F6. His arrow lodges into its side as it turns towards Tharl, dropping it after doing 3 points of damage.
Karl moves to G9, because G10 is a wall. He does not have line of sight on the Rat at H7 to try shooting it and the last remaining Rat is too far away.
The Rat at I5 moves to G6 and attacks Tharl. It mangages to just barely bite through his leather armor, inflicting 1 point of damage to Tharl.

(3) Potian stands his ground and uses some time to aim at the rat on G-6 (uses an action for extra damage) Then releases his deadly arrow!
