Alright, I finally logged in. Spawned on the roof of the Gobl'inn, then LAYF was nice enough to teleport me out 25K will I shall (eventually) build my mighty empire! Or... uhhhh... something. But not yet. Today is more Blood Bowl league games, getting back into Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup now that they updated to 0.12, and (potentially) preparing ideas for another Civilization as a livejournal community. Potentially. I've got some interesting thoughts I want to explore but won't be able to fit new species and characters into the current Civ here --- we have more than enough as it is! Heh.

I haven't looked, are we going to open the server eventually to non-Goblins? :P

-SNIP-

Well... Kind of... Each establiched Goblin who is on the server are allowed to invite 2 people (I have to whitelist them first)
Now, if one of those two breaks the rules, he's out, and the player may not invite a new instead... but the other can still play if he adhears to the rules....

so yea....

If you have 2 you'd like to invite, write there username her (in hidden) and why you want to inviten them/who they are....

No one off the top of my head, but that's good to know in the future if I do think of someone :)

Huh. Didn't notice Creeper damage was turned off. I at least hope the difficulty is set to Hard...

Yeah, that's what I meant. Always thought that made creepers no threat (and I like my threats) and made the game too easy, personally. But that's just me.

I am fine either way, but just give me a heads up if you change it. Don't want to let a creeper into my farm and be unaware that it could kill my crops.

/region flag [region name] zombie-break-door deny

Region? I have no idea how to toy with that lol.

I think if I invited anyone it would be the owner of another server i play on who I mod for, though we have a realllly low number of people who play with any amount of regularity. Not sure if he would join or not so won't bother for now.

I will say this: I am looking for tons of cobblestone. Like, chests and chests full of the stuff. If you need to dispose of it or have it for trade and want something reasonable for it, lemme know!

Once 1.6 hits I plan on doing a series akin to FLoB and uploading it to youtube, despite the fact I sound like a 15 year old. What (free, preferably) recording/editing software is good with Minecraft?

Mereneth, you say you mod? How tough is it to make new buildings to randomly spawn (and I have a couple other ideas for mods as well...)?

Well... I just noted... within the last 7 days... 4 players have been online.... 1 today, 2 the 26th and 1 the 23rd.... that is... not a lot... to be honest...

so... are there anything we can do to improve the server? anything you guys would like changed? any server mod you'd like or anything?

Eh... It's a fine server really. I can't speak too much for myself since I haven't really had time/been feeling like playing minecraft. So I can't say whether it's just because people are busy- But I guess a likely scenario is that people look and see there's no one online and hence decide not to join. And, well, if EVERYONE uses that logic... :/

I've been busy from 7 to 22 or so most days this week which doesn't lend much time to be on the server sadly, but I expect I should be able to be online more often this week. And I sadly tend to use that logic.. :S Should just kick M0rts ass so he can check his suprise in his chest :P

I've been on occasionally, just it's really late at night (for me) when I'm online.

EDIT: For some reason Minecraft is telling me it can't reach the Goblins server. Hm. Oh okay, you haven't had time to update. Crisis averted everyone! :P
