((Going to be busy a while, so I'll post Randy's death roll.))
Death roll 2: 1d20 = [7] = 7
Randy does a great job of playing dead so as not to attract the attention of The Vulture.

Re: The Sundered Way
Coljin pulls out his bit of metal and mutters a praying incantation. Korgal's movements slow... and then he shrugs it off, scowling.
Korgal: WIS save vs Hold: 1D20 = [14] = 14
Faced with several hundred pounds of angry bird demon, Yertak gamely strikes back, the first one cutting a scoring line across the chest of the screeching demon, the second one missing as it's deflected by a flapping wing.
Yertak: Cut that bird: 1D20+5 = [12]+5 = 17
2D8+3 = [7, 3]+3 = 13>>6
1D20+5 = [3]+5 = 8
2D8+3 = [3, 3]+3 = MISS
Dornikal continues bleeding a lot.
Dornikal: Death Save: 1D20 = [2] = 2
Galt gamely stabs back at the shaman, but he's hurting, and his aim is off.
Korgal swings his axe down on Zephyr, she's not fast enough to get out of the way or raise her shield arm... the great axe slashes across her chest as he brings it back around for another strike. She feels a warm surge of ..."good feeling"... in equal magnitude to the pain the scabbard inflicted when she drew her blade, and some of the damage seems to have been blunted. However, she's already off balance from the first hit, so the second really mangles her. ((That scabbard is what kept you from going to 0HP!))
Korgal: Greataxe on Zephyr: 1D20+6+1D4 = [10]+6+[4] = 20
1D12+4+1D8 = [6]+4+[4] = 14>>12
Scabbard: Damage reduction: 1D4 = [2] = 2
Korgal: Greataxe on Zephyr: 1D20+6+1D4 = [19]+6+[2] = 27
1D12+4+1D8 = [3]+4+[8] = 15
The shaman stabs her spear at Galt, stabbing the big half orc in the gut and pulling it free as he goes down.
Shaman: Spear at Galt: 1D20+5+1D4 = [2]+5+[4] = 11
1D6+3+1D8 = [2]+3+[5] = 10

Re: The Sundered Way
Nemeia is getting a bad feeling about this fight and the sudden appearance of a bird-demon...
"Fork..."
She takes another shot at Korgal, then hides and sneaks east 15 feet ((I figure it's probably smart to start ending turns in hiding...))
Nope.
Crossbow attack: 1D20+4 = [1]+4 = 5
Better...
Stealth: 1D20+4 = [16]+4 = 20

Re: The Sundered Way
Maji rages and goes up the orc shaman and mauls her.
rage bite, rage claw: 1D20+5+2 = [11]+5+2 = 18
1D8+6 = [3]+6 = 9
1D20+5+2 = [4]+5+2 = 11
2D6+6 = [1, 3]+6 = 10
(the plus 2 is from flanking)
(didn't the shaman get damaged twice last turn and has to make concentration checks?)

Re: The Sundered Way
Ulmwin hits Randy with a cure wounds, then let's out an almost silent hiss in his ears- "Don't ask any questions, just RUN..!"
cure wounds: 2D8+4 = [1, 7]+4 = 12
Ulmwin for his part, does just that... Trying to stick low to the ground and running off..! Realizing that the rocks might be too far before it gets done with the orc, he's looking out for any sufficiently large sand dunes he might be able to hide in, maybe bury himself under a layer of sand...
Worst case scenario, hopefully it'll be distracted by the fleeing Randy first.
(He's running straight south btw, if that wasn't clear)

Re: The Sundered Way
Ulmwin, you lay a hand and a warning on Randy, then turn to run, surveying the desert to the south...
Ulmwin: Hiding place Survival check: 1D20 = [6]+3 = 9
Spoons. There's nothing to hide behind close by... that might be something off to the far right, but that's gotta be 600 ft away.

Re: The Sundered Way
((Since I don't think Ulmwin's decisions on flight will affect Maji and the others...))
Ulmwin takes off, headed as fast as his legs can carry him towards... [destination].
Maji-bear rages his way up the trail, which gets a bit narrow for his bulk, before chomping into the orc shaman. She curses as the bear bite and missed swipe distract her from her magic.
Shaman: Conc: 1D20+3 = [6]+3 = 9
"I hope that's your bear!", Szartha mutters, without a clear shot, he turns and starts to cast in the direction of the bird-demon and orc, before holding the spell at the ready.
Tren shuffles up and jabs at the big orc with her dagger, but she nearly topples into Zephyr instead.

Re: The Sundered Way
Zephyr draws upon her inner strength to push past the burning pain of Korgals strikes. (Second Wind: Bonus Action = Second Wind: 1D10+3 = [2]+3 = 5)
Having recouped a meager amount of strength, and finding herself on opposing sides of korgal due to Maji's movement, Zephyr takes the oppurtunity to strike at Korgal.
Attack: 1D20+5+2 = [18]+5+2 = 25
Damage: 1D8+3 = [4]+3 = 7
Encouraged by the fact that she finally hit him, Zephyr drawings on the last of her strength to slash at him again.
(Action Surge)
Attack: 1D20+5+2 = [9]+5+2 = 16
Damage: 1D8+3 = [8]+3 = 11
