So far you've suggested 13 spells, which I've included at their levels above, but note that some are competing for limited slots at the same level. He can prepare 19 total spells, but is rapidly running out of slots at the high end. The two in red are his arrival (tele circle) and exit with the party (teleport), so those are sort of non negotiable unless you want to send an extra day waiting around. The dominate person spell really needs to be cast at a higher level to have a duration to let you do anything, so that's really more of a 6-8th level spell. Contingency can be cast in advance, so doesn't need to be prepared, but that still means that we have mass suggestion, true seeing and dominate person all fighting for one 6th level and one 8th level slots.
