Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
After this fight it seems to me that anything worthwhile should be attuned just in case. Right now there are:
Spear "No fancy Name" (adds poison damage, requires crit to add charges to)
Horn of Scribing (lets you write a message, more word if you are a bard)
Cloak of Many Fashions (While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to change the style, color, an apparent quality of the garment)
Clockwork Amulet (When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to get a 10 on the die.)
Screaming bronze mask (4 charges of Expeditious Retreat spell, amplify their voice so that it clearly carries for up to 300 feet)
Seems to me that the Spear should be on someone who doesn't have a magical weapon, just in case. The Clockwork Amulet is useful to people with high +modifiers to make that 'can't miss this' attack (Coljin has the best modifier with +7). Maybe the dodge ring can be passed to someone so Holger can take the Horn (if he wants it)? The cloak might work for Tess/Holger? The mask...to Randy so he has something?
This is just a suggestion but it would be frustrating to have something we need but not be ready to use it.

I think I mentioned something about not particularly wanting to look like a Death Eater earlier.

But just to have In Case? Randy doesn't have to wear it all the time. That would just be creepy.

My headcannon is that he's actually a 'wizard' of somesort. You can be a wiz with very low int in 5e, which is amusing.

You had problems with the network in the Netherlands? Different bands or just general bad service?

Actually, if he could were into a small Orc-Jackal, it would be a little easier to bring him into town...assuming he wasn't green and would actually follow directions.

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
My phone, through Virgin Mobile, isn't set up well for anything in Europe. Even with WIFI it didn't like to do the Web well. And I was busy enough that I really didn't want to try to figure out what was wrong. It took a lot of good pictures, and that was the most important thing for me. Being not connected to the world, might have been good for me.

I have the same problem when I visit the U.S. My wife's phone did much better. Hope you had a great time!

Epic all right! Either epically fantastic or an epic nightmare! Probably be our luck lycanthropy would cure his brain damage and restore his aggressiveness at the same time.

He'd make one heck of a warlord! Immunity to mundane weapons and the ability to put the whammy on an opponent. Plus an instinctive use of group tactics. <<FOR THE HORDE! >>

Oh! Before I forget, should Maji turn into a scorpion/giant centipede so we can get some venom for jackalweres?

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
Hmmm....
Are you talking about envenoming the weapons or putting out poison bait? Since the weapons bounce off of them, putting poison on the blade might not help much. Throwing some poisoned sheep jerky around...might work if they behave more like jackals than men.

Either? Since a few of you have magic weapons it might help.

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
Adding poison to weapons is a pretty solid way of being able to at least do a small amount of damage without a magical weapon. I've managed to end up building Nem with absolutely no magical offensive capabilities at all, so it wouldn't hurt if we can manage it. 1d4 poison damage for a minute is better than nothing for now.

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
I'd have to have a think on it, as it isn't baked into the game, but is up to the DM as to whether pets/wild shape can be used to obtain venom/poison.
I'm on the side of "Allow", but will have to figure out what hoops you'd need to jump through. A dose of Giant Centipede venom mechanically the same as the Serpent Venom that would otherwise be 200 gp per dose, so being able to churn out vials and vials of the stuff seems wrong.
Is anyone proficient in poisoner's kit?

Can tess set up a few alarms so we know if they are close?

Re: The Sundered Way - OOC
The alarm spell only covers a 20ft square, so it's a bit harder to get good coverage in an open area (as opposed to your room at an inn, for example). However, there is nothing preventing it from being cast multiple times and having them all active, so if someone is ritual casting it, for every 11-12 minutes spent, you could have a 20x20 ft area alarmed.
