Say... Remind me what happens if I reveal the last non-mine square before the combat-capable ones finish off the guardians? Nothing, right? Because we're here to retrieve the hammer?

Dave or gathers, could one of you jump in a way that would allow shiny to reach the guardian?

If one of them do, formation move with them, take the helmet and stab the guardian.

If not move to G7 and take the helmet

The dragon swiftly lands next to the graveyard.

- You fools, if you try to steal from me, you have to be faster!

It cackles with delight, then bursts out a huge cone of flame....

Blitz Craig incinerates without a second thought.
Oh See That Shiny melts into a pile of metallic armor.
Flags Mines roasts red. Or black. Maybe brown?
Goska Bluey is the leader, he resists the flame! She dies by the giant claws, though.
Stumbles around dodges the flames. He is not so lucky against the teeth...
Flags Fuses dies to the smell.
Tries-and-Dies tries not to die. He fails.
No-Legs dies off-map, as a collateral.

Flags fuses respawns on the dragon and connects his cetebral temtacles with those of the beast. Then he rides the dragon, obeying his commands. Flags also turned blue for some reason.

Stumbles around dons the helmet, and jumps up to whack the monster down below, managing to stun it, again. He doesn't feel any change in the action, as if jumping in place wouldn't affect the success. It looks a tiny bit more stylish than just simply whacking, though.
Blitz Craig takes the long sword, but since his hands are already full, it goes right into the shoulder pack. He then proceeds to flag I7.
Flags Mines flags F1.
Goska Bluey attacks the guardian, but fists won't be enough to damage it.
Oh See That Shiny walks to F6.

Flags Fuses circles out and can respawn!
Tries-and-Dies begins to circle out.
No-Legs can respawn.

Blitz will stow his sword, unsheathe the longsword and charge the guardian on H5.

(If swapping weapons would take a turn, he just charges)

Turn 23

Flags Fuses spawns on F2, uncovering a 3. +1XP
Flags Mines runs around on tiles to H3.
Oh See That Shiny advances to F5.
Stumbles around steps over to I6 to make room, and he does not have the time whack. It's not really necessary anyway since this guardian has lost his sword in the explosion and is barely dealing any damage unarmed.
Blitz Craig changes to the long sword, and then assaults the guardian.* He deals a good chunk of damage. The guardian attacks back, but Blitz's stone skin endures the bare handed hits.
Goska Bluey attacks the guardian too, managing to deal a small amount of damage, thanks to Blitz penetrating all the guardians armor.
No-Legs rejoins the map on F3.

Tries-and-Dies circles out and can respawn!


*I updated the skill descriptions some time ago in the resources thread (except for the warpaints which need a remake too, but I don't deem that urgent). Every combo/skill there described counts as known, so if you don't happen to name your action correctly but it fits any of those, I'll use them to your benefit.

Tries swaps Visions and Treasure for Dodge and Weaponize (about time :meh: ). He spawns on I5.
