And now for some extra lore!

move north
You soon find yourself standing in front of a massive antenna. It almost looks like it has no end, piercing through endless void.
At it's bottom, there is a console. It appears it has been receiving a transmission, or intercepting something, for a long time now. The timestamp is illegible. You start reading...
Captain Phyco, Ultra megalopos, private log.
Our glorious lord has embraced a new world to be saved. As usual, we here do not interfere, but... I must admit that our new arrival has made me do something I have never quite done before. I have been paying closer attention.
This latest world that is to be molded into the fold... It does not match what one should expect.
This world is far from endangered. Troubled, perhaps. But not something our lord should have taken an interest in. Yet, he is here. Why?
It is at this time, a thought has begun lingering with me, and it has stuck. One based on previous observations.
We have noticed before, our lord not able to extinguish all of the MissingNo in these doomed worlds. Some already ingrained so deep, to tear them out would destroy the world itself. Not something our lord desires.
But with it, comes an interesting phenonomen. These monsters, usually bound to but one aspect, become more... Fluid, when there is nothing else to compensate. They begin to embrace multiple subjects - And feed on each one in turn.
And with that, comes a thought I have had a very long time ago, and I've carried in secret and fear.
What if one day, one of these monsters comes to abuse this?
Seek to eleminate it's opposition, so it may grow more powerful?
Is perhaps our friend correct, and we depend on his gifts too much..?
So first off,
Captain Phyco comes from the Ultra Sun/Moon games. In those games, he comes from a people of dimension hoppers whose home dimension's light has been stolen by Necrozma, and comes to Alola to stop Necrozma from stealing your dimension's light, too. Don't read too much into that, as the games' lore is different from our game's lore anyway. Though, there's still an interesting parallel to be made between Ultra Megalopolis (their world) and Babylon, where a legendary pokemon is responsible for their world's light, or lack thereof.
The presence of an antenna telling us this at all is interesting. It might imply that the Ultra Recon Squad has been here, in Zygarde's void dimension.
Anyway, we get another reminder that Necrozma's been targeting different dimensions to recreate in his own image for a while. As a reminder, this strictly goes against the Great Mind's rule of 'all things must come to an end'. Necrozma seeks to preserve all these worlds, in it's own twisted way, rather than letting any of them end. Thankfully it doesn't have DM powers yet, or it could just do all of this instantly. Though, the fact that it came here in particular, despite our world not 'needing' his presence yet, seems to indicate that it's searching for something here that will grant it that power.
We then get a revelation as to why Necrozma doesn't simply kill the Spark. It's not that Necrozma isn't able to, rather, because the Spark has fused itself with a piece of the Red Chain, the physical representation of our world, if Necrozma were to kill the Spark then Necrozma would be destroying our world along with it.
There's also the implication that the Spark is no longer bound to its single aspect of Creativity. This might be why it wanted to gain control of the Psychic Temple, to further its influence in directions it didn't have access to before.
Then there's the line about Missingno. seeking to eliminate their competition, which I think applies to both the Overseer and the Spark. The former for obvious reasons, but remember that after the battle against the Overseer, the Spark offered us a way to deal with the Overseer, to strike back at it. Remember, both these Missingno. have their end goals in mind, always.
Finally, there's mention of a 'friend'. Who is this friend? Well, something interesting to note is that, in the Ultra Sun/Moon games, it's actually
Colress that met up with the Ultra Recon Squad and created a device for them to restrain Necrozma. Obviously he doesn't have the same purpose in our game, but its' very, very interesting to note that Colress is still MIA due to inter-dimensional shenanigans. The 'friend' could be anyone, but since it makes sense that Colress would be the one tying all this stuff together, I think there's a very real possibility that he made contact with Phyco and gang.
And if it is Colress, the idea that it was Colress giving Phyco a warning of not relying on Necrozma's gifts too much would imply that Colress seems to know quite a lot about how Missingno. work. I wonder if Colress will continue playing a bigger part in the story to come?
