Haley looks at the lights "Blind it!" Haley has Buttercup do another mega drain on the Sableye.

Mega Drain [1d20+2] = 3+2 = 5 [2d8+26] = 12+26 = 38 Boosting the Ac to 6! Also even if it faints She'll still get half of the dmg dealt to it.
Haley really wants that rose. Charm [2d6] = 9

Haley

The sableye tries to get in another shadow sneak... But misses! Right after, Buttercup tries to knock it out with another mega drain, but the attack finds itself intercepted by a detect, negating it..!

Mega Drain [1d20+2] = 13+2 = 15[2d8+26] = 8+26 = 34

Since it was protected by detect, did she still use her ap?

Um...Buttercup also has 15 speed now. Depending on how this roll goes for inititve will change what Haley will do. Initive roll [1d20] = 20

Scratch that, looked theough her move list and she doesn't have what I thought she did.

Haley recalls Buttercup and releases Archie as far away as she can from the fire doggo.

If Jack does not switch out, she'll have the lights blind the doggo.

Haley is about to recall when she hears Cushion. "I can do this..." Haley nods and grins. She points at the lights "Blind him!"

If Cushion is hit with Se attack, Haley uses enduring bloom on Cushion rasing her SpAtt by 1 and gaining temp hp.

And if she is hit by a physical move, Cushion will use counter, letting her resist the move and deal back dmg (plus a tick via needles)

Else Cushion will Thunder punch the houndour.
Cushion thunder punch [1d20+2] = 1+2 = 3 [2d8+50] = 7+50 = 57

Cushion can also Evolve.

((Back from holiday))

Bjorn recalls Pyre, and sends out Tank. Tank has an initiative of 16/12, thanks to the morning's agility training. Assuming Jack doesn't do any switching...

"Tank, knock that mon out of the sky!"

Tank obliges with a Smack Down attack.

Smack Down (AC = 17; Damage = 36)

Drake, Bruce

The party continues, single file through the narrow passage, as it slopes down... Gently at first, but steadily becoming steeper, as the ceiling is becoming lower, making it harder and more uncomfortable to proceed... Or even properly see where Bruce, the party leader, is setting his feet... Which is turning into a dangerous game, as the slope reaches 30 degrees, and there's no sight at the end of this long tunnel. Drake, a bit more perceptive, could maybe pick something out in the darkness ahead of them, but is stuck at the end of the line- And instead only gets to hear a sound from what is now behind them. It's faint, and stops whenever they stop, too, staying back far enough as to remain out of sight, but it's there... The sound of... Footsteps..?

"I'm really not liking this tunnel."

((I'll take athletics rolls in addition to perception rolls if you're moving forwards.))

Haley

Izzy takes a gamble, hoping to blind the houndour and allow Cushion to strike... And it seems to work! The dog's ember goes wide, and in return Cushion lands a powerful blow... Powerful enough that Jack has to order it to bite through as it barely manages to keep standing! But, still standing it is...

Seed bomb [1d20+3] = 14+3 = 17 [3d8+50] = 16+50 = 66 (Oops supposed to be +2, but it'll still hit)

Edit: thought thunder punch was eot. So switch to that. Since different damage db.... [2d8+50] = 9+50 = 59 Also loose a tick of hp.

Oh and blind the doggo

Haley

Obviously, a dog was never hit... Not that it matters much, as with another blind, it misses again..!

"Getting lucky with those..."

Even with that, Cushion soon unleashes another attack... Beginning to glow brightly as he does- Smashing down with enough force that even as Jack commands the houndour to bite through, it ends up KO'd..!

Cushion has evolved into a cacturne!

Jack sends out a murkrow next.

Not wanting to have a type disadvantage, Bjorn uses the free opportunity to switch Tank for Dote, his Leavanny.

(I don't think she has Agility Training from morning training, so initiative = 17)

Unless Jack switches again next turn, Dote will open the next round with a Razor Leaf.

"I'm really not liking this tunnel."

Come on! Where's your sense of adventure!

But Bruce does see some of the danger in the cave. So much so that he releases his Foongus ahead of the group. Hey, man! We're having some trouble here, as you can see. It's kind of a steep climb. So, I want you to go ahead of us. If anybody falls, I want you to blow up nice and big! Block the cave so we don't all fall. Put down your roots if you have to, to get a good hold.

Perception=8
Athletics=4

Bruce, Drake

Come on! Where's your sense of adventure!

"I left it back home, I took my common sense and wanting to not die in a cave instead."

Regardless of his words, Bruce still lets out his foongus, just in case his help would be needed, as the slow plant takes the lead... While Drake keeps his discovery to himself for now, as Ghos briefly turns back to go investigate. It doesn't take too long for him to get back, though seeming a bit... Confused. Eventually, he pokes once, though keeps the poke there longer than he should- Then pauses for a second, and pokes twice.

It's not long after that it's proven very beneficial Bruce released his foongus... As while everyone manages to keep their footing, Bruce finds himself unable to put his money where his mouth is, as the combination of darkness and a sleep stope causes him to slip over a pebble, and begin sliding down..!

((I'll take an ahtletics roll from the foongus, still.))

"I have to be. When your specialty is one of the weakest types defence type wise you have to prepare for the worst all the time. I taught my pokemon various moves to help against thier weaknesses. Honestly I was a bit too scared to go into the lv 30 tier since I know you'd have even larger hitters than your murkrow. I know of four dark type pokemon with wierd power. Cacturn, Murkrow, Muk, Zourark. Not to mention a lot of pokemon evolve at lv 30, so you'd be fighting with those. That and I have a mon that I...shouldn't use...like at all. I...don't want to loose anything just because I was too cocky.

I...I don't know what I am going to do for the fire or flying gyms and maybe even the ice gym. Yes I have a couple mons capable of taking some, but not a whole team of them... I have a lot of prepping to do to even face them. I was tempted to go to lv 30 so I could go lv 20 into fire or flying."
