How's that coming along? I haven't heard anything about it, and was wondering if anyone else has.

Voices are being recorded this weekend for the pitch trailer. That will get animated and then shopped around to studios that have already expressed interest. Then we'll see who wants to buy the first season.
Mostly offline/inactive due to chronic health issues. PM me if you really need attention.

And they'll be cool with it belonging to WoC? Or is Goblins getting a generic-fantasy-treatment?

Thunt's work is already legally distinct enough for an obscure web-comic, the worst that might need to happen (to avoid lawsuit) is severely dulling the tabletop language.
The only one to pay attention to what happens in Goblins.

Thanks Krulle! I honestly forgot Twitter was a thing... I just wondered since I haven't seen anything mentioned on the forums how it was coming along.

You're welcome, piximae.

I think the patreon channel miht have a bit more news, but I'm not interested in an animated version of Goblins.
At least not when I see how most modern animations are.....
Too hectic for my taste.

I think this tweet from about 5h ago will answer your question pretty well too:

Hope anyone producing it will not mind time taken to get it together. Because this was a 5 minute pitch animation right?

update 18 September:

TL;DR: Life's a piece of shit, when you look at it. And now we're waiting for a more opportune time to pitch it in Hollywood (spending money cut, and Netflix already heavily invested in other fantasy)

(edit: hey, another two years later.... Click you in 2024 :P )
