I see what you did there.

I don't like the green circle, either. It makes me want to call her Spot. Spot, the Elven WereRabbit.

Why did she think it was a good idea to paint a green circle/target on her eye?

Well, like she said, it doesn't make a lot of difference. It's something she's going to be getting rid of no later than at the end of the day.

I think Forgath can improve on her tattoo art. Touching interpersonal relations are good for healing.

Yeah, they used to play the various Schoolhouse Rock songs on Saturday mornings between cartoons for the benefit of their captive young audiences. It was kind of like educational brainwashing. I still hear the three song in my head whenever I count by threes.

Do you remember the last time someone did something crazy because it wouldn't matter, because it would soon be undone again? link
And yet somehow it didn't become undone but stuck, because that was their last run in the MoM. Kinda like Groundhog Day.

I am very curious to find out if it will be the same with this "loop". But yeah, I sure hope not, because I don't like the green eye-circle, either.

In that case it may be a deliberate reference by THunt. Just like her pipe is a reference to Tron.

The closest thing I've come to that actually wasn't educational - at least not mostly. It was this poem we'd recite in Primary School for Literacy, about a young dragon that got sick and his mother called "369, the doctor's line." That snippet was so memorable and useful that at least one and a half decades later, I still remember it. Well, that and a VHS cassette, also for teaching literacy, that had a big green alien at the end and some very eighties haircuts.

*Shudders* I know there wasn't much money for animation, but that looks SO creepy. I mean even General Woundwort I changed my mind.

Well there was always The Starlost - as one reviewer put it - acting so wooden it made the petrified forest seem animate.

So, I'm reading back through the whole archive, and I got to this page. Nobody noticed when it first came up, but on this page Idle reacts with surprise to Forgath talking about how all dwarves can feel a bunch of stuff about stone, and Idle seems to react with genuine surprise. But a later page reveals that

So this page then appears to contradict that later one.

No, she feigns it.
She's kept her being a dwarf always a secret.

If I remember correctly, even Bowst does not know.

He knew. He even got a "I told you so" when Forgath pffts at Idle being worried over "politics".

But he probably didn't care much either way. :?
