(The glow on the weapon is one of them, called "Chaos Burst Weapon" (Different from Anarchic, instead of dealing 2D6 to lawful creatures, it deals 1D6 of a random energy type on each hit, and on a critical hit triggers a random magical effect (Not as powerful as the Shield of Wonder by a long shot, as the list of effects is more Annoying than truly dangerous, like so):

(The actual spell description. I don't have the other two spells mentioned on hand at the moment, but you get the idea. The spells leverage the lower level spells' random effects chart, each adding some more powerful effects and having a chance to use the lower level charts.) - The critical hit effects for the spell are in line with other 5th level spells, and are random (it's not like you can pick which effect you get, and it could help your enemies just as often as it helps you)

The affected weapon glows with shifting colors that change in random patterns. Each attack by the weapon does an additional 1D6 energy damage of a random type (Roll 1D6: 1=Fire, 2=Cold, 3=Acid, 4=Electric, 5=Sonic, 6=Force) - attacks with the weapon are treated as Chaotic and Magic for the purposes of bypassing damage reduction.

On a critical hit, a random magical effect is triggered. Roll 1D12 and 2D6.
D12 (1-2): Use the chart for "Chaos Shield (Level 1)" to determine the random effect using the 2D6.
D12 (3-4): Use the chart for "Chaos Armor (Level 2)" to determine the random effect using the 2D6.
D12(5-12):
First D6(1), Second D6(1): Attacker and target switch places via a Dimension Door like effect.
First D6(1), Second D6(2-6): Attacker and target magically transformed to look like each other (Except for clothing and equipment, which are unaffected) for one hour.
First D6(2), Second D6(1-2): Wielder magically transformed to look like the attack target (except for clothing and equipment) for one hour.
First D6(2), Second D6(3-5): Attack Target magically transformed to look like the Weilder (except for clothing and equipment) for one hour.
First D6(2), Second D6(6): Attacker and target magically transformed to look like each other (Except for clothing and equipment, which are unaffected) for one hour.
First D6(3), Second D6(1): Attacker and target switch places via a Dimension Door like effect and each is covered with a sound and light illusion to resemble the other (includes clothing and equipment) (until spell ends.)
First D6(3), Second D6(2-6): Attacker and target are each covered with a sound and light illusion to resemble the other (includes clothing and equipment) (until spell ends.)
First D6(4), Second D6(1): Attacker and target switch places via a Dimension Door like effect and are magically transformed to look like each other (Except for clothing and equipment, which are unaffected) for one hour.
First D6(4), Second D6(2): Mark the spot where the weapon wielder is standing. For one round per caster level, all creatures and moveable objects (not the ground, trees, walls, ceilings, doors, or anything else with a fixed position) inside a 20 foot radius of that point have Greater Invisibility cast on them so long as they are within that radius. This affects anything that enters the radius after the effect is triggered, and stops affecting anything that leaves the radius. The radius effect is active for 1 round per level of the caster. When the effect ends, everything it was affecting returns to visibility immediately. The radius does not move with the weapon wielder, but is a fixed point.
First D6(4), Second D6(3): Mark the spot where the weapon wielder is standing. For one round per caster level, time literally stops in a 20 foot radius of that point. Unlike the Time Stop spell, this is a true time stop effect, and affects the entire area. Any creature or object entering the radius freezes in place at the edge of the radius (if it is a creature, it will continue with whatever action it was attempting when the effect ends, as if it had held its action until that moment, if it is an arrow or other missile weapon, it will continue on its trajectory, and the attack will be resolved at that time) Nothing outside the effect can damage anything inside the effect. Spells (other than magic missile, whose missiles will freeze at the radius edge when they enter and will be resolved when the effect ends) will simply not affect anything inside the radius (A fireball spell, for example, would affect those in the radius OUTSIDE the effect, but those inside will never be affected, even when the spell ends, while those portions of a continuing effect spell like Blade Barrier that would have been inside the area simply will not form.)
First D6(4), Second D6(4): As the invisibility radius effect above, but centered on the attack target instead of the weapon wielder.
First D6(4), Second D6(5): As the Time Stop Radius effect above, but centered on the attack target instead of the weapon wielder.
First D6(4), Second D6(6): Both of the above effects (invisibility and time stop radius) centered both on the weapon wielder and the attack target (two independent 20' radius areas with both effects)
First D6(5), Second D6(1): Attacker and target switch places via a Dimension Door like effect, and are both Polymorphed (As Baleful Polymorph for saves, but as Beast Shape IV for what creatures can be transformed into) Fortitude Save Negates this effect. If the Fortitude save fails, a will save will allow the affected being to retain its full mental stats, otherwise its INT, CHA, and WIS gain Racial adjustments equivalent to the new form's average mental stats and lose any racial adjustments they had before the transformation (Minimum of 1 in any mental stat) (So, for example, if an elf (+2 int) is polymorphed into a dog (int 2, wis 12, cha 6), his mental stat adjustments are INT -10, Wis +2, Cha -4.) The creature type for each transformation is chosen at random by rolling as if on a random encounter chart for the local terrain (so you couldn't be turned into a fish on land, or an orc at the bottom of the ocean) The polymorph is permanent until dispelled. Any weapons or equipment become part of the new shape.
First D6(5), Second D6(2): The Weapon Wielder is polymorphed as above.
First D6(5), Second D6(3): The attack target is polymorphed as above.
First D6(5), Second D6(4): The weapon wielder is magically swapped (via a safe teleportation type effect) with an actual creature rolled on the random encounter tables for the terrain. The creature is not under any kind of control, and will react to the situation as it normally would. This could place the weapon wielder miles or even leagues away (it swaps him with the NEAREST creature of the type rolled, possibly placing him in the middle of a group of such creatures, or all alone out in the creature's habitat.) Visually, this effect is indistinguishable from the polymorph effects.
First D6(5), Second D6(5): The attack target is swapped with a creature, as above.
First D6(5), Second D6(6): Both attack target and weapon wielder are swapped with creatures (probably of different types, depending on the random encounter roll) as above.
First D6(6), Second D6(1): Both weapon wielder and attack target are polymorphed as above (but not swapped)
First D6(6), Second D6(2): Hold Monster at Caster's level cast on weapon wielder.
First D6(6), Second D6(3): Hold Monster at Caster's level cast on Attack Target.
First D6(6), Second D6(4): All of weapon wielder's hair is transmuted into (1D4)1: Leaves 2: Vines, 3: Feathers 4: Random vibrant color(s) (1D8) 1: Red, 2: Green, 3: Blue, 4: Purple, 5: Pink, 6: Sky Blue, 7: White, 8: Striped (Roll twice more, each 8 rolled adds another color. Repeat colors add different shades of that same color.) - these changes are permanent unless the affected hair is shaved off completely (everywhere on the body, body hair is affected as well) - once it is all gone, the affected creature's hair will begin to grow back in its natural colors and types at its normal rate.
First D6(6), Second D6(5): Attack Target's hair is affected as above.
First D6(6), Second D6(6): Hold Monster at Caster's level cast on both weapon wielder and attack target.
