I really like the way the shadows are made in this one, i like that style a lot, makes the darkness seem.. alive... good work, while you say its just a doodle, you could no problem make a comic in the style... one with dark morbid and random sweet humor... that would actuealy be cool... aaaand sorry.. I'm rambeling again.....

If I was to do a comic, it would probably star my rabbit character and his dragon sidekick.

Tried drawing with a mouse, and coloring on iscribble.
