Trip moves down towards the water to help gather more seaweed

He swims to the middle patch of seaweed and starts harvesting as much as he can from the third row

Ryan takes into consideration upcoming weeks and goes to the end of the log. If he has any actions left, he will swim to the middle seaweeds and gather nearest to the surface blocks.

What I noticed, seaweed won't grow into surface block of water.

Hack will take the hammer, the bucket and as much rope as he can. then begin to walk back...

"Guys, there are some jars in here we can use to keep our food, and possible water.... I'll be right out there with a hammer... if someone can start a fire we might be able shape the iron and harden it in the water..."

No, you can do much more than one block:

- Jumping: You can jump 2 blocks up or 4 down without risk. If you fall more than 4 blocks you take damage. You can jump over a gap that is not larger than 4 blocks. Each height advantage gives you +1 jumping range. (So if you are 4 blocks above the other side of a 6 block gap, you make it and don't take damage. Anything above that hurts or fails.
- Climbing: You can climb a height difference of 3 blocks without help, 5 with another mineling helping you. But you have to roll if you suceed.

But you can easily spend construction stones to build stairs for example. :)

Year 1, month 3, week 2:
"All plants and similar things grow x 3"

Events:
-the plants grow very much this week, even more than the last.

Boomy:
Boomy swims to the middle seaweeds and harvest as many as possible. He collects two blocks.

Hack:
Hack can fit the hammer and the bucket into his inventory, but the rope is to large. So he decides to just drag it along, he is strong enough for that. But there is no way he can bring the crate of jars along as well. So he starts crouching back towards the other side of the tunnel. As this takes some time, he does not make it all the way through this turn.

Little:
Little swims to the closest seaweed, and gathers as much as possible. He collects three blocks, cause the shallow water allows him to be faster in and out of the water.

Oggy:
Oggy drags the log a little bit further on the land and starts to work on the first block to form it into a boat. He is not sure yet how long he wants it to be, but he narrows the log so it has a near-pointy end, which will for sure make it slide easier over the end than with the blunt end it had before. He has to chop away some wood, gaining one lumber while working on the boat. He also notices again that there is still the corpse lying on the other end of the log.

Ryan:
Ryan takes into consideration upcoming weeks and goes to the end of the log. Then he dives into the water, swims to the middle seaweeds and gather nearest to the surface blocks.

Trip:
Trip moves down towards the water after he ate to help gather more seaweed. He collects two blocks.

-I put the seaweed each of you collected into the team ressources, so it does not occupy your inventory, since it is limited. If anybody wants to keep some of it or take it from the team ressources later, he just has to write it.

Hack gets all the way out to the others.. here he hands over the rope to Oggy, "Here, you can tie this to the end of the boat, then we can push it out into the water when collecting food, and drag it in again, saving time!
I think the boat should be big enough for 2 or 3 of us at a time.. big enough to be defended, but not so big its slow..."

He will then start a fire in the iron mining shaft with some lumber, using the splinters and leftover wood as fire-starter.
Over the coals he will heat some iron and hammer it flat on a construction stone. starting to make a pick axe head...

"Can anyone make a shaft for this pick axe?
and if someone can use it, I got a bucket here!"

Ryan collects as much seaweed as possible, prefering blocks near the surface.

I think three-person boat is fine, so we can transport big quantities of items or multiple minelings.

Updated the rule book, you might want to take a look. Some additions, no real changes.

Split up the section "Minelings" into "Minelings", "Actions and Movement" and added the section "Inventory" containing the rules of what you can carry. Also added the section "Constructions" in the "Knowledge"-section.

Hope I don't confuse you. I like how this evolves. :)

Year 1, month 4, week 1:
"All plants and similar things have a high probability to die."

Events:
-The seaweed blossoms for a day, then it slowly decays, which causes it's seeds to be floating around before they settle down at the bottom of the lake.
-The mushrooms at the ceiling, glowing in a faintly light blue so far, inflate and then suddenly explode with a puff, sending clouds of spores into the air.
- the two bodies out of the water start to stink and rott.
- the divers notices that the bodies underwater are swollen and pale, seems they start to rott as well.

Boomy:
Boomy continues to collect seaweed before it decays. He manages to gather 1 block before he swims back to the shore.

Hack:
Hack walks over to Oggy and grabs a few splinters from the boat construction. Then he puts them into the little pit beside the iron mine, and tries to start a fire. But he fails. Something is missing, he cannot get the wood warm enough to start burning by only rubbing it.

Little:
Little continues to collect seaweed before it decays. He manages to gather 2 blocks. When it starts to decay, he leaves the water and returns to the tunnel.

Oggy:
Oggy continues to build the boat, after they decided to make it 3 blocks long. Again, he chops away wood from the log, again gaining 1 lumber.

Ryan:
Ryan continues to collect seaweed before it decays. He manages to gather 2 blocks. He feels tired from all the swimming and has to get to shore or be at the risk of drowning.

Trip:
Trip continues to collect seaweed before it decays. He manages to gather 2 blocks. He feels tired from all the swimming and has to get to shore or be at the risk of drowning.

Annoyed that his wood rubbing skills are not sufficient, Hack in anger grabs the iron he intended to forge and hurls it down towards the building stone...

*FACE PALM* Hack suddenly realize how stupid he was.. then he uses the hammer to beat up a small piece of the wood into shreds and then use stone on stone ore iron on stone to produce sparks and ignite the wood.
