Ok, here's what you do. They think you're in the hallway, why wouldn't they? Take your gun, grab that guy from behind and take him hostage. Then inspect the room from behind your new bargaining chip.

whispering so the other guys won't hear me:There's more than one. Let's not do any shooting yet. While they are wasting time in the hallway looking for you, run to the door up the stairs and go in. There may be something you can use. If not, we can always shot our way back out. But first see if that first doll door was damaged by whatever exloded in there. If you can get in there you should go that way instead.

... all sillyness aside, how many bodies have you run into so far? How do you think they all got there? You are not going to survive this by negotiating, they sure didn't. Survival of the more trigger happy baby! So says the bunny lord!

Another option would be to tell them that sedation isn't needed and do the whole hands behind your head "oh please please do not blow up my head I have no clue what the hell is even going on could we just talk for a little bit?" Sure, they might react... somewhat poorly, and your head may explode like that eyeless person back a few ways, but who knows? Maybe your life is not written by George RR Martin.

Tell them that you have enough rounds for ten of them and to get down on the floor, than tell these weirdo's that you want answers, and if they tell you everything they know you're okay with just walking away. Coem to think of it actually, odds are that they are in the same boat as you. Maybe you could try and see if they will help you find an exit.

Tell them you know you are immortal. If they think they are also immortal they can annoy you, otherwise they should obey everything you say.
Tell to lie face down on the floor. Tie them with the fishing line. Search their belonging (they should have at least something to sedate people).
After that you can use you swiss knife to get some answers, you can be creative in how you use it...

Shoot anybody in his legs who advances on you. Ask for explanations.

If they attack or pull out weapons shot, not aiming for the legs but to kill.

Say "On your knees, or I shoot. Now cross your legs. Now that you are not going anywhere fast, what is this place, who are you, and what is going on here?" If they don't comply with getting on their knees, shoot to kill. If you have 2 to shoot, pick the more threatening one first, which I initialy suspect will be Mr blue shirt red pants.

Eventualy someone will get smart and start answering your questions without so much backtalk.
