spiderwrangler wrote:"Hopefully it has been somewhat restored, losing that much accumulated knowledge would be a travesty."

"I would be thrilled for you to tell me more about this catfolk language. Languages are a bit of a passion of mine... do go on.", Imarial looks at Thedor with an arched eyebrow.

"To bad that I am not good at languages like you, never had an ear for them I suppose. There is a book called Tales of The Western Sea, printed in Eastersun a few years ago. There is a nice section on a couple of languages in the back of it including Catfolk. But swear words in catfolk sort of graded, based on monkeys then prey species, then the disgusting parts of prey. That last level causes a lot of nasty fights when used. That last phrase I used means empty headed or something similar, I got called that a lot on that trip." Thedor finishes polishing the instrument and puts the polishing oil away.

If the bard has finished her drink, he'll offer her some wine from his bottle before he pours himself some more. Would you like some wine? Tis at least passable to the pallet and crisp though I doubt most of the <High Ones> would tolerate it at their table"

Looking angry at Bob the innkeeper yells"Settle down gods damn it, or I'll break those stilts of yours! Calm down all of you for the matter!
Bob, I've let you stay, sleep and eat here out of my good hearth, I set you up with this job in the hopes some real adventures could talk some sense into you. But it wont help if they cut you up before they straight you out!
"
The innkeeper looks angry and disappointed at the same time.

The two elderly people looks like they feel uneasy with all this yelling, and suddenly stands up, the man putting two silver on the table before they hurry and there their leave...

"I thought you'd never ask!

...You are standing at the entrance to a dark and spooky cave where a mystical treasure has been hidden! What do you want to do?"

((I kid. Elara plays normal, world-appropriate dice games for money and occasionally cheats. I just don't know any of THOSE dice games, only the good ones.))

You decide that this is a terrible quest and leave to find a mercenary company to do the work for you, but on the way you accidentally trip and fall down a dried-up well! Oh noes!!!!!! You're now at the bottom of a dark hole your leg hurts. What do you want to do?

I stand at the side of the well, holding the mystical treasure and a big cup of ale, laughing at him before I toss a rope down.

"what are you guys doing?" the innkeepers voice booms trough the air of your imagination, ripping you out of your very meta experience.
Looking down, Bob notes his roll, snake eyes? How did he roll snake eyes? There were only one die on the table before!!!

//Meta out ;)

Anyway, sorry LAYF!

Elara chuckles at the poor roll.

"Want to make this more interesting? If I win the next round, you have to apologise to us for being so rude. If you win, I will never call you a dwarf again."

Nah... you need to type 2d6 as your roll, not 6
so either number of rolls = 1; roll = 2d6
or number of rolls = 2; roll = 1d6

(you typed: number of rolls: 2, Roll: 6)
