Bloodied lizard just dropped and Varsk is on his way to the last standing north lizard.

Maybe help Korrik for now?

((...I apparently can't read numbers!))

Korrik takes 5 damage.

Claws damage: 1D6+2 = [3]+2 = 5

Kal's plan is good, except the bloodied lizard is dead now like Rodgeir says. Do you want to dash into melee as fast as possible or move, shoot, move, shoot etc.

Oh, I missed that. Sorry. Rough week.

I'll go tend to Merric, then. The healer's kit should come in handy.

With Korrik charging back into the fray, Syli pokes her head over the scarp. Seeing in opportunity, she scrambles up the side of it, casting a stone at the lizardfolk fighting Korrik.

--Movement: 2 NW
--Sling (+5 w/ Disadvantage): 7 to-hit, 6 damage bludgeoning

I would just focus on the archers if I were you, they are a bigger problem as it is now, I'm sure Merric will be fine till then.. hopefully. Unless it will actually heal him :p

Merric death save: 1D20 = [17] = 17

Varsk's next move depends on what the north archer decides to do- mostly if/where it moves. I'm taking it as a given it will try to shoot him.

((Ok, I think I've caught up with everything...))

Varsk drops the injured archer and moves towards the other in the north, while Kal pulls out his healers kit to stabilise Merric, who looks fairly awful, but at least might live to see another day.

Syli sees the archer is no longer wielding its bow, and she takes the opportunity to make a break into the open, launching a shot from her sling as she goes. It doesn't hit, but at least she'll be in range soon and able to use it properly!

Korrik's quarterstaff once again gets snagged up in the trees, and he's left relying on his feet and fists to do any damage. He connects with a decent punch, but it's just not enough to take the warrior down, though he is looking REALLY worn down. Summoning a surge of energy, he throws himself on Korrik, teeth sinking deep into the halfing's flesh and taking him out of the fight.

Bite; Claws: 1D20+4 = [20]+4 = 24
1D20+4 = [9]+4 = 13

Bite (crit): 2D6+2 = [2, 5]+2 = 9

As Korrik falls, the lizard roars triumphantly, and charges 15 feet east towards Kal and Syli.

The other lizardfolk archer in the north fires uselessly at Varsk again, then begins to retreat, heading deeper into the trees as the half-orc bears down on him.

Kal moves through the trees to attack the incoming lizard from the northeast (so he's still sheltered from the archer).

1D20+5 = [11]+5 = 16
1D8+3 = [4]+3 = 7

Varsk readies a hand axe as he follows the northern lizard archer into the shrubs (2 NE) waiting to get a clear shot to hurl it and hearing the satisifying thunk of axehead burying itself into flesh.
Varsk calls mockingly to the lizard,

"Come on back! Your buddies weren't scared of going hammer to claw with me."

Ok, good enough :)

Varsk and Kal take down the fleeing archer, and Syli splits the remaining lizard's skull with a brutal shot from her sling.

As the forest falls quiet and the sounds of the battle fade into the rain and chirping insects, you can't help but wonder how long you've got before your battle is noticed...

Varsk pauses in the woods listening for a moment before going over and grabbing back his axe and checking the corpse for anything beyond the arrows and bow (which he grabs) before he does the same to the second archer (again grabbing the bow and arrows and recovering any bolts he can). He then heads back south taking a moment to survey the fight he missed and the bodies laying around on both sides. He looks at the horror floating by the scarp and shakes his head.

Sighing he goes and scoops up Korrik and packs him to the tower hollow he'd been preparing and laying him down in there on a pack then going out and scooping up Mehr. He will call out to the woman,

"Ya can come out now. We won, more or less. We probably have some questions for you, especially if know about Leia Morley." He will gesture with his head over in Kal's direction before laying Mehr beside Korrik. He will repeat the process with the other two (poking with his foot to find the real Gwen).

Once everyone is tucked safely away Varsk begins the process of searching and gathering gear off the lizardfolk, starting with the two bodies to the west. He will pick up the lizardfolk teeth he knocked from the second archers head and pocket them with a dark grin before heading to the middle area and searching and gathering gear. He will make a pile of whatever weapons and armor he finds, only holding back whatever javelins he finds, a spiked shield and a bow and quiver of arrows. Anything else interesting/valuable he will decide on a case by case.

Perception (initial listen): 17
Investigation (for searching bodies): 22
Persuasion (to get the woman out): 14

(Do I need a strength check for packing Mehr? The other three are probably trivial)

((Not if Kal helps you do the clean-up. Between all of you, you should be more than capable of dragging your unconscious buddies around the field.

Let me know what you're doing with the lizardfolk bodies (if anything) and if you're intending to hide yourselves in the tower.

You will notice very early on that the woman is not where you guys last saw her, and she isn't answering your shouts.))

"Well great. Half-elf...Kal. You know things about the swamp, ya? Can you see if you can find the woman? You do that an' I and Syli will get things cleared up here."

Varsk will then start packing lizardfolk bodies (once fully searched) and lining them up by the crumbled wall to the SW close to the water.

((Is it still raining? That may help a bit. Is where Varsk is dumping the bodies out of sight and how deep is the water right there?

What time is it?

Can I get or give a clean up+hand the mess hand to Syli?))

((Yes, it's still raining and the water is a foot or two deep. Where the bodies are being dumped is out of sight from the north, but not from the other directions.))
