ÔÇ£Shoot the dictator and prevent the war? But the dictator is merely the tip of the whole festering boil of social pus from which dictators emerge; shoot him and there'll be another one along in a minute. Shoot him too? Why not shoot everyone and invade Poland?ÔÇØ

Re: Order of the Stick
But she made it, just like Andi said.
With new bumps and bruises, maybe, we'll see in upcoming pages, but she made it.
But, where are they now?
Will there be an useable exit?
But the ship's name already told us all we need. The ship will make it in the Nick of Time, as always.
If you have plenty of time, something will go wrong, so that'll be on schedule for "Just in time" again.

Is it the next day? If not, what happened to that "I did not prepare a second flying spell" business from 1059?

Re: Order of the Stick
This time Haley used one of her magic wands, it was not V casting a spell.... (just like panel 6 of your page 1059 suggests)

Oh! I thought she was healing with that wand. It looked like some of her injuries had disappeared when I was reading it on my phone.

Eh, I could totally believe them having ropes for the sole purpose of dramatic swinging. I say nothing falls down.

Ah. I didn't even read the comic name. They got to it before I did.

Yeah, I wholly concur with the comic's title. On this ship? For sure.

Re: Order of the Stick
This is, as best I can tell, the most appropriate place to ask around here, and since I can't find anything via Google, I thought I'd just check to see if anybody'd heard anything:
Does anybody know what happened to make the Giant in the Playground forums go down? It was 404 erroring for a few hours on Tuesday, and now has a message saying they've been disabled and will be turned back on "in a few days." Anybody know the cause of this?

I'm not sure. From what I can tell, it seems the whole site was down a few days ago.

His health issues might be acting up again, too. He's got some kind of chronic health issue that he doesn't talk about.

Re: Order of the Stick
Yeah, that would make sense.
Do we know what those health problems are? or is it just an undetermined health issue.
I mean not that its any of our business of course, if he doesn't want the world knowing his personal health situation that's perfectly fine. Just curious if he's ever divulged it so I could understand what kind of limitations he might be working under day to day.

Re: Order of the Stick
As far as I remember, he said there is an issue, but he did not disclose more.
Also, that he has issues with his drawing hand (RSS or similar), IIRC.
But no, he is not as forward with this as Thunt is.

Re: Order of the Stick
Yeah, all he's said is that it's chronic, that it sometimes interferes with his ability to work, and that's all we need to know. Discussion of his health issues and the update schedule are forbidden on their forums and get you an immediate warning, so that's pretty much all there is to that.
He did cut up his drawing hand badly a couple of years ago. Sliced through a tendon, IIRC.* But that's a separate issue. Idk if it still gives him trouble.
*Looked it up. He cut his hand on broken glass in September of 2012. If you're interested, there's more information in his news archives. The first post about it, from his wife, is dated 9/19/2012.
