Merric is highly unsatisfied that the only friendly guy here just got shot and will target that lizardman with his readied eldritch blast (just within range if it is also 120 ft for Merric. The shot is good, but seems most of the power is lost due to range. But he's ready to continue the bombardment.
Merric eldritch blast: 1D20+5 = [15]+5 = 20
Eldritch blast damage: 1D10 = [2] = 2
Merric initiative: 1D20+3 = [20]+3 = 23
Merric eldritch blast: 1D20+5 = [15]+5 = 20
Eldritch blast damage: 1D10 = [2] = 2
Merric initiative: 1D20+3 = [20]+3 = 23

((I didn't get hit due to half cover, AC 16 + 2 = 18 vs 17 attack roll, but an arrow thrumming past a bit too close for comfort has me wary now!))

Gwen turns and hurries after Korrik, while the lizards shout angrily and prepare their own weapons.
Merric steps out from the other side of the bridge and blasts one of the lizardfolk with a weak burst of Eldritch energy, but is ready to cast it again almost immediately!

Merric feels bad about the first shot and decides to go for a warning shot this time (and because of the low roll I accidently hit the lizardman? )

The lizardfolk however, do not follow. Instead, the two archers shoot two more arrows at Korrik and Gwen as they retreat across the tightrope bridge, but their shots go wildly off-target as they struggle with the range.
Long range shot through cover: 2D20.LOW(1)+2 = [1, 11]+2 = 3
Long range shot, no cover: 2D20.LOW(1)+2 = [6, 13]+2 = 8

Gwen casts minor illusion closest as she can to where she heard the horn and attempts to mess with it by making the blasts go between short blasts and long ones. She then continues her reteat.

((cool stuff. the range is only 30 feet, so they won't be very far from you. Also, you can't maintain the lizardfolk illusion as well - you only get to use one illusion at a time. That ok?))

Korrik retreats while dodging. Gwen retreats while replicating the horn sounds to try and ruin the signalled message. Korrik makes it back to the group, with Gwen 30 feet behind.

Kal advances as far as he can and takes aim with his bow.
1D20+1 = [15]+1 = 16
1D6 = [5] = 5
ETA: If we're retreating, Kal will advance to the front of the group and cover them. Take the shot if he has one. But priority is shielding allies. So he's not going to rush ahead and stand in the middle of the bridge alone, but he will rush ahead to be on the front line. If possible, he'll use his shield between arrow shots, but I'm not sure if that's allowed by the rules.
Shortbow range is 80/320 so if they're beyond 80ft (not sure where everyone is right now):

Syli sighed. All the powers of nature at her command... and of course her own selection would be completely worthless in this situation. Readying her sling and staying near the back of the pack, she let fly a stone at the closest lizard.

Mehriv sits tight, but the lizardfolk remain out of his range. Not so for Kal though, who makes an expert long-shot, striking the lizardfolk with the bow in the side, hard.

Merric shoots of an eldritch blast again at the same lizardman as before. The energy in his magic is still super unstable apparently and most of it has dissipated before it reaches the target.

((Everyone is basically in a large tree at the end of a 120 foot tightrope bridge leading across a swampy patch of ground below that's been cleared off anything that could provide much cover. Korrik just got back to the main group and Gwen is 30 feet away from you on the bridge still, but retreating. The 4 lizardfolk are in a similar, painted tree opposite you all.))

The lizardfolk retreat into the cover of the branches (-2 to hit) and the archers draw their bows, but do not fire yet.
The leader says something to the others, but it's hard to hear over the horn blasts. Gwen and Mehriv can give me perception checks at disadvantage.
Otherwise, it's Korrik, Gwen then Mehriv
