Holger will kick off the wall/push against the ceiling and float over the skeleton and land behind it as he swings his daggers at it.
Holger daggers: 1D20+5 = [20]+5 = 25
1D20+5 = [6]+5 = 11
Dagger damage: 2D4+3 = [2, 2]+3 = 7

Holger performs some aerial maneuvers to land in the doorway between the snake armed skeleton and the rest of the room, lashing out with a dagger slices a dozen rib bones off the left snakey arm. The combined stabs and acid are starting to show an effect.
The swarm of snakes snaps at Maji again, but the druid is able to fend them off with his staff yet again.
Coljin swings his mace at the swarm around Maji's legs, managing to catch a few, pulverizing them against stone. The swarm looks about half as numerous as when they first swarmed Holger.

((I know it only shows it as 5 ft wide, but we've been operating the ramp as being 10 ft wide, Holger isn't fully blocking the doorway as it appears.))
((Tess, you come around the bend and see the gnomes with mace and rapier, going after a swarm of snakes around Maji's feet. Everything else is out of view without pushing your way through further. Shooting at the snakes is possible, but they will have cover from Maji and gnomes. There is room beside and past Maji to move, however.))

Maji hears Tess speaking within his head, and can respond if he'd like... which is probably one of the more effective ways to communicate with the quiet druid, since he can whisper back and be heard just fine...

(( And Holger is now at the edge of a room with two skeletons with snake parts, a large mummified monstrosity with a humanoid torso but snake head and lower body, and a large stone golem, who might be on your side based on the skeletons attacking it. He'd see a unconscious or dead Randy, watched over by a very rough looking Zephyr.))

Alright, I think if I counted this right I can do this. Maji gives a sigh as he goes up to Snaketon, flanking with stone golem. He'll hit it with his staff. He looks at Randy, and with his bonus action he uses Healing Word. "Heal."

Ulmwin moves up and around Maji, spotting the snake armed skeleton on the other side of Holger, fires on it, but the snake heads dip out of the way, and the bolt sails high.

Zihuassal hisses angrily at Zephyr, retreating backwards as Roxy takes a swing at him, extends a finger in Zephyr's direction, the gong sounding throughout the room once again.

Maji, responding to Holger's plea for help despite the advice he just gave Tess, charges into the room, but not before one of the snakes finally manages to bite him in the ankle. He feels a pulse of warmth and things get a bit dizzy.

As she approaches Zihuassal, the spectral snakes again pass through her as she rears back to punch him again... and again.
