Teddy turns when the woman who was pounding on the door hails him. Teddy is slightly surpised by the woman's accent. Well this is interesting where is woman from?
"Yes I speak English. However, I am not sure how helpful that will be as I'm neither staff nor a guest."
Teddy leans against the desk and pulls the reception book towards him.

Room 2...Stina melker
room 3... J├©rgen
room 4....Moa Mackegård

room 6....Johanna R├Ânnell
room 8...Henrik Forsel
room 9....Phyllis
room 10...
room 11... Boro
room 12...
room 13...Hans Melker
Philips, not getting a response from room 6, asks the newly arrived if he speaks english. He dose.
She is rudely interrupted from any further conversation by the bartender suddenly appearing at her shoulder.
"Sluta st├Âra Johanna, f├Ârst├Ñtt?" he says with a dark voice

Teddy replies based on his poor Swedish skills, as they tend not to have any wars recently, "f├Ârl├Ñt, Nej, jag pratar v├ñldigt lite svenska" which about ends the phrases he has from the little phrase book he got on the plane. "I'm English..." he adds.

"Oh good! There you are! I don't understand what you're saying, but I believe someone is in Joanna's room right now who means to cause her harm and I would appreciate it if you would check in on her. Thank you."
Phyllis looks expectantly at the barman and waits for him to go and check on Joanna.

The barman grabs hold of you with one hand and slaps you across the face with the other.
"Lämna" slap "henne" slap "ifred"
"You Understand? Ifred!" he tosses Phyllis to the floor, ignoring teddy.
Phyllis ears are ringing, her lip is broken, and she has a hard time seeing strait.
Hemming: "who is there? (vem där)" you ask, and draw away the shower curtain, only to find the receptionist sitting there. You note her hiding a wallet behind her back.
-"Uhm, im cleaning, yes cleaning!" she sais. "I dident here you come in... wait, this isn't your room! Its rented to the english lady that left a few minutes ago! You better leave!"
(You do note that she is obviously hiding something behind her back. And yes, the bartender gave you philips room... Don't they have a wonderful service here? )

Re: Call of Cthulhu- Filipstad -looking for new player
Teddy snarls "Stop" as he steps forward. Well go to a civilized country and I have to treat some swede like a bloody afgan looter! I'm going to kick old Lo's butt for dragging me to the arm pit of Sweden He pulls his collapsed heavy duty aluminum monopole from his bag. He steps forward, between the bartender and the woman. "Go over there unless you want me to beat you into a bloody pulp in self defense" He points with one finger "Jag sl├Ñss krigs afganistan...f├Ârst├Ñtt?" he snarls.
If the large man attempts to make any move towards himself or the woman, he will demonstrate a rather wicked underhand swing with the monopole for the man's genitalia. If that doesn't work. Well he'll use the sharp pointy end on the brute's eye.

Re: Call of Cthulhu- Filipstad -looking for new player
Phyllis, startled by the violent reaction from the barman, makes a mental note to stop trying to help anyone in this bloody place and decides to stay sitting down until the room stops spinning quite so much.
@kelten - minor thing, but her name is Phyllis. Phillip is a man's name.

the bartender takes a step back and moves back towards the bar after the threat from Teddy, but the look he gave you makes you think you haven't seen the last of him. Room 6 has gone quiet.
Phyllis: the world spins and everything is a bit blurry, but the shock of the hit did make you notice something els... There is a strange power flooding out from room number 2

Teddy wishes he had brought Jordan along on this trip. She had been in the SAS before flipping to the 'Dark Side' as she called it. Instead of having the tall, a bit muscular blond I'm here to find the crazy Dutchman. Great....
Teddy looks down at the woman for a moment and then says, "I'm going to see about reinforcements. Why don't I lead you down to your room?" He asks the english lady as he kneels down to pick her up off the floor. Which he does with or without her response. "So what room are you in?" he asks.

"Wait! Wait... Just a moment, please, I'm all right. Do you feel that? In room 2... Listen to me. There is something terrible going on here and I believe that we are all in very grave danger and that someone is trying quite hard to keep me from finding out what that is...
Phyllis cautiously touches her handkerchief to her bleeding lip and pauses for a second.
"Tell me young man, do you believe in the afterlife?"
Phyllis keeps hold of the American's arm and leads him over to room 2. Cautiously, she places her free hand on the door and tries to work out what the power is that's coming from inside (i.e. Is it the same power that "killed" that spirit, or is it the spirit she found in the crematorium? Or is it something new?)

Re: Call of Cthulhu- Filipstad -looking for new player
Teddy looked at the woman and wondered if she insane. Alright so she British and a bit wacky perhaps... "Madam..." He gently pulls her away from the door. "As an investigative journalist I must inform you that you've been flanked by some of the locals. And although I can understand a desire to drive towards the center of any mystery...sometimes it is better to retreat and gather resources before driving strait in...or wind up like the proverbial Generals Custer and Elphinstone...now then I suggest we withdraw to your room at the moment and see about getting some reinforcements..,before the the human orge discovers some weapon from under the bar..."
