Seriously, there's no-one here. Use your own loincloth as a bandage.

Then carefully (= sneaky) try to follow the prints.

Yay! I was right! :D

As you're following the prints, keep an eye out for fresh water to drink and to clean your wounds.

Very much so. And I say again:

Cut arm off, wield arm as a weapon, follow footprints.

Start a fire, and then hold your arm over the flames until your wound is cauterized.

Then proceed to wake up after passing out from the pain and follow the footprints.

Rip the loincloth, as was suggested.

That grass in the background does look long enough to wrap around your arm. Try picking a couple pieces and weaving it together over the wound. Then follow the footprints. They're the only lead so far

Also, to reiterate something BadgeAddict said earlier, tuck the darts in your waistband. That oughta make at least a little room for some of that fruit

Use the strap from the bag to bandage the wound possibly?

So... you decide to patch your arm no matter the consequences. Even if it sounds (and feels) gross, you decide to use your own loincloth to cover your arm wound.
You clean it as best as you can and with a quick move that dazzles the eye (to avoid legal problems), you put it over the open slice and cover it. It does feel better, so maybe this was kind of a good idea? Who knows...

Image
You could try to make a fire. You are naked and a good fire would surely lift your confused and saddened spirits. Yeah! Let's do it!

Image
But you realize you have nothing to start a fire with... or at least you have no idea how to do so with what you have at hand...

Image
So, buh' bye fire idea... You feel kind of down, really: In your current situation, you can't even cook your food... Fire sounded awesome...!

Image
But what the hell! You have bigger problems anyway. You still have to recover your memory and you've found some clues! Also, you do have food you can eat without the need of fire, so it's not like you actually NEEDED the fire.
Yeah, screw fire. You can do without it.

Image
Now it's time to follow those footprints and demand some answers! Whoever killed Naked Butt and stole your stuff will pay for it! GO GO GO!

Image
You walk for a while until the blood in the grass starts to fade... you think about following it to the south anyway, but something else catches your eye to the east...

Loot the corpse! I mean, move some rubble THEN loot the corpse. The body has clothes, which is better than what you have right now. Ah clothes; put them on. Now, examine the body in your clothed comfort.

Agreed. Try to move the rubble and obtain some actual clothes. Then maybe try to identify the corpse? Also note that the bloody footprints continue to the south. Seems someone is on a mass murdering rampage!
