Sorry to those running off to the tavern, but Cal doesn't seem to be going anywhere at the moment. He's very distractable, and, while a free drink sounds nice,^* he has no particular reason to seek your company over the thousands of other strangers all about him. Monica, on the other hand, seems to be exactly the sort of person he would be hoping to meet. OOC, I feel bad leaving the rest of you hanging, but this game specifically places emphasis on the roleplaying angle, with everything left open-ended. I just can't see Cal tearing himself away from this to go chasing across the city for nothing more than a drink.

Don't worry about it Wears - and to answer your question about sense motive - sorry, I should have made it clearer, but Calendil's sense motive lets him know that she is in fact a genuine nice person.

And yes, I did a knowledge:religion roll for you. You rolled a 1.

I've just tried out something with Theis, and I'm not sure what Theis thought of it, but I enjoyed it.

I messaged some updates with Theis, more like real-time rp. I had a bit of his turn worked out, but needed more input from him.. so we went back and forth there with the conversation. If you guys want to do things like that (like Wears would have probably benefited from it for Calendil right now) and we both have the time, it could help stop others from having to wait all the time.

I could do stuff like this via PMs or via Skype really.

If Mike is the Fonz, make sure he doesn't jump over any aquatic predators (are there sharks in D&D?) while using a water walking spell or something.

Also, I didn't bother posting in the main thread because the last line with Cal already declared the action I would have posted.

And there are sharks and some other aquatic monsters as well in case people want to have an aquatic campaign
