Rez pushes past the two guys that are more than happy to let him get in between them and the dog, however briefly it may be. The dog snarls at him briefly before he answers it with a powerful hit to the side.

The two headed dog snaps at one person with one head and the other grabs hold of an arm and tear into it with its strong jaw, before the guy collapses from chock and pain. The other person jumps back to avoid the angry teeth before a jab of pain consumes him from the dagger slamming into his spine, before collapsing.
One guy looks shocked at Martin before yelling while another backs him up.
"The drow is one of them!"
The dog near Cat and Karn suddenly vanishes in the blink of an eye and turns up near the east dog before it tears into an unsuspecting guy killing him

"Bort only say hi! Why have to be mean?!" Bort 'asks', before his attention is turned towards Viskek... Just as the commoner is mauled, of course.

"Hi Viskek! Am Bort!"

"Hey- Why guy sleeping now? Is dog to pet! Hi dog! Am Bort!"
Bort says, joining the others in "petting" the dog:

How many squares can I move in one turn? Either before attacking or as a full action?

Each square is 5 ft and you have 30 ft of movement in a move action, twice that if you also take the dash action. Moving through people cost twice the movement as does every other diagonal square movement. But you are able to join the attack on dog 2 this turn.

The dogs snaps at Bort, but doesn't manage to get hold of him. It doesn't move anywhere even with the petting it just recieved.

So I could actually line things up to roast two dogs with my dragon breath. But that's once per encounter. I'll run NE to the nearest dog. Assuming my dagger is intact enough to do so, I will stab.

1D20+5 = [3]+5 = 8

I'm guessing that's a miss, but if it hits somehow:

1D2+5 = [2]+5 = 7

Karn isn't remotely finished with his dog hunt and run for the nearest dog, swinging his dagger, but the nimble dog moves away from the dagger.

No flanking thus far. Still a bit surprised it doesn't seem to be a core rule.

The halfing runs up to the dog swinging a dagger, not managing to get close to the dog.
The dog next to Rez growls at him before spontaneously vanishing from the cluster of people. It appears near the south group with teeth snatched around the throat of a poor unsuspecting guy, killing him outright. It then moves a bit further away from the people

With a bellow, Viskek will charge south east at the teleporting dog and stab it (I hope):

Stab: 1D20+4 = [11]+4 = 15

Stab damage: 1D2+4 = [1]+4 = 5

Viskek runs down to the hurt blink dog and hits it hard, the dog wobbles a bit from the blow but keeps standing even with the punishment it has gotten so far.

The north group split their efforts as the crowd cheer for blood. Two of the commoners slam their daggers into the crazed drow as hard as they can, causing his vision to darken for a moment, giving him a weird sense of comfort as he struggles to keep upright. The other guys keep beating the dog for a bit of damage.
The east side group splits up against their targets as well, two targeting new dog and two the old dog, half of them hitting the dogs.

Two people from the west group charges the two headed dog, one of them hitting it. The rest are unsure what to do but are more than happy to be dog free and stands around ready to strike anything that gets close to them.

South group gangs up on the weakest dog except for one that runs up to the dog that used to be in the middle of the group. Seems he's running with tears and rage coming from his eyes as he slams his dagger into the head of the blink dog. The others valiantly assists Viskek. So valiantly that only one guy dares getting close enough to actually hit the cornered dog.

On my turn:
Martin stares dumbfounded at the dog. "No, wait...you aren't snuffles, snuffles had a red spot on his chest. You imposter!" He screams as he dives into the fray and attacks the dog.

The two headed dog snaps wildly at people, seemingly just filled with blind rage as it doesn't connect to anyone. Rez runs across the field seeing the confused drow now taking a stab at the dog with as much luck as the dog itself had with the others.
The dogs however starts going on the offense, one dog killing a random commoner while the surrounded dog decides it loves Borts petting so much it returns the favour and playfully tugs his arm. Sadly the dog doesn't know its own power as it bites hard down tearing a vicious gap in his arm. Before it too vanishes from the group.

Hiding behind one of the humans, Kathryn stealths Stealth: 1D20+6 = [10]+6 = 16 she moves under the wooden box, not sure where the dogs will be at.

Karn runs for the dog, hoping this dog business is all over soon, yet he just doesn't have his heart set on this and ends up just swinging at the dog threathening. Kat takes this as a great opportunity to run into the box where she finds out four hungry dogs have been waiting for their time to shine, which is now! and finds it comfy enough to hide in.
The dog that has been cornered by Viskek decides to retaliate at the large half orc with a feral bite towards the throat, but seems it couldn't muster the energy to reach it.

Bellowing even louder at the dog as is lunges at him, Viskek brings his dagger down with a hefty swing...

Stabby stabby!: 1D20+4 = [16]+4 = 20

Stabby stabby!: 1D2+4 = [2]+4 = 6

Then he yells to the commoners to "Follow me, we will end them!!"

And charges towards the next dog to the south west.

The north group continues their splitted fight, the two guys keep swinging at Martin, one guy connecting the blow, almost knocking out the drow. The rest go for the dog, three managing to hit it, one slamming his dagger into the jaw. West group stays put more than happy to wait this out.

East group gangs up on the dog, one guy managing to hit it.

Viskek goes stabby stabby with all his might, having apparently counted how much the dog has been stabbed and predicts it going down. He then storms off to the next dog.
The peasants cheer Viskek on and storms with him, but only one seems to really have taken it to heart and goes stabby stabby on the dog.

Rez moves up and take a swing at the dog but with no results to show for it.

The double headed dog on the other hand takes advantage of the two guys that aren't paying attention to it and outright kills them to the great relief of the drow between the two.
