Okay. So, you guys are having a long rest.
Everyone got to level 3. (Wooop for level jump....)

You may post actions in here, and what you do with your level, as well as discuss what you'll do next.

If you need any recap info, feel free to ask.

Also, here is the cave map:

Nice one, thanks again for running the game yesterday! It was a marathon session but great fun :)

IC: To Imarial - "Maybe you're right, maybr you're wrong. Either way I'm pretty certain I just saved all of us and possibly the realm from being blown apart. Whoever was orchestrating this isn't ready yet, and now we know their plans. That gives us the advantage; an advantage I might add, that no-one would have had if we all died tonight!"

Bob first gets the tied up cultist, sitting him up, he is still unconscious, but alive.
The other cultist (who made the orb go gone) is awake, but unresponsive, he is by all intense and purpose not much more than a meat ragdoll in a drow costume.

A medicine roll may be used on either of the cultist to try and get them to life. Of course, you could use other methods if you wish.

Ooc:
You are very welcome Thinks (and the rest of you), I enjoy these games, even if they are all night :)
I was glad you guys were able to complete the cave part :)

Imarial was angry last night and said something about sacred flaming the ritual cultist. Elara will not make an attempt to stop him if he casts the spell, but will attempt to stop the guy dying from it afterwards.

He's tempted, but it would be pointlessly punitive now, and the might be information to be gained still.

OK. Did Imarial want to yell at Elara any more? If not, she'll go ahead and check the cultist over to see what's wrong with him.

L1 medicine check: 1D20+2 = [2]+2 = 4

Completely at a loss, she decides to just bring his body to the room where the Lord is ready to move them all out together in the morning.

Elara moves aside to let the man look. She will cast her second bardic inspiration to help him if he wants to add a d6 to his check.

"We may need a high-level cleric. Unless Imarial can tell what has happened to them, I fear we won't be able to do much to help."

Sorry! I've edited for clarity :)

I think I assumed Imarial was a wizard... I'm really bad at paying attention to other people's character stats.

Thedor studies the group for a moment before coughing..."I might be able to help him...I learned a few healing spells from my earlier years..."
Really...why are you reading this?

Imarial, do you want the bardic inspiration? I guess if thedor helps you too you might even get advantage on the roll :)

((Sure!))
Guidance boosted Medicine check: 1D20+5+1D4 = [6]+5+[1] = 12
Advantage: 1D20+5+1D4 = [15]+5+[4] = 24

Have you already given me your Inspiration? If so, I might as well use it before it expires and see if I can get that to a 30...

Yeah, just use it. I get 2 shots at bardic inspiration per day, and I've only used one so far.

If you need fluff, you can imagine I'm singing an epic song about Ethel the Kindhearted, who dedicated her life to searching out cures for weird diseases.

Inspiration: 1D6 = [6] = 6

That's one of Imarial's favorite tunes!

So total Medicine check = 30.

Oh... Nice roll.

Looking over the cultists you quickly realize what is going on.
The guard is easy enough, he suffered massive damage and was in a chock state, after a quick patch up he is fine enough to be awakened, maybe by a splash of water or something like that.

The envoker cultist on the other hand is a bit worse.
He's fine in body and mind, it's his spirit that seems to be the problem. Your not sure just by a medical examination, but if you had to guess, youd say some sort of spell or curse has been placed on him.
