Gwen goes to attempt to cross the bridge away from the creepy halfling. Acrobatic: 1D20+3 = [5]+3 = 8

Not yet. At this point, Korrik, Kal, Varsk and Gwen are all on the bridge together (since no-one indicated they were waiting for the others to cross first or anything).

I'm waiting for everyone to post before I resolve this.

But that's what you said? I thought everybody that was priod already crossed it and that's why you were talking about drawing daggers?

Korrik wants to cross the bridge and draw his darts. He hasn't crossed yet (no-one has), and I just wanted to clarify if he was drawing his darts before or after he attempts the rest of the crossing.

I need actions for Merric, Mehriv and Syli before I update because it might matter (for many reasons, before you all worry too much OOC about Korrik's handiwork!)

I'll keep darts in the belt as I cross (so hands are free), unless I see something waiting on the far side, in which case I'd pause my advance.

Mehr's not stupid enough to think this bridge could hold all of them even in the best of times. He's waiting.

Syli had enough excitement to hold her for a while; if the group needs assistance on anything, she needs to be at the back of the group where she isn't an obvious target, so she'll wait to be the last one to cross.

((Okay then I misunderstood what was happening, I had pictured that the Korrik and Kal had crossed and were looking at the loose post on the other side not all just standing in the middle of the bridge. Varsk was planning on crossing after Kal did - not with him as per his statement. He isn't crazy enough to cross when the other heavy is standing on the bridge - even to get away from a ranting halfling. I will edit his action to reflect this.))

((cool stuff, and thanks for clarifying your actions :) ))

Korrik continues across the bridge, making it safely to the far side. Kal follows and also makes it over safely.

Gwen goes third, but just as she gets about 1/3 of the way across, one of the repaired knots slips loose and the boards under her feet come loose on one side, dropping her!

(Please make a DEX save Gwen!)

Gwen catches herself easily and regains her footing on the edge of the planks... Steadying herself, she can either continue, go back, or stay put.

(I'll take another Dex / Acrobatics check if you're moving).

Dex: 1D20+3 = [18]+3 = 21
She yells "Be careful! It got undone! Let me fix it real quick!" Gwen troes to go where the rope slip up to fix it. (You said it was acrobatic/slight of hand earlier sooooo)
Acro, slight: 1D20+3 = [13]+3 = 16
1D20+3 = [19]+3 = 22

She makes sure the repair holds out, I forget what roll thst would be.

((Nah, I've still got the one from before that you've not used yet)).

Gwen steadies herself, and moves carefully and slowly to where the rope had slipped undone and ties it back up tight, giving it some extra knots just to make sure.

The DC for the crossing is now 10.

Varsk also successfully crosses (before Gwen really, but it's all good).

Syli, Mehriv and Merric still need to cross.

While the bridge is empty, Mehr will make his attempt to cross.

And since I really don't want to fall into an acid river that's, what, 200' wide, I'm activating Tides of Chaos for Advantage on the check (I remembered to use it properly for once! :D )

Mehriv clings onto the bridge supports and focuses on not looking down... The crossing is high and the bridge wobbles precariously in the wind, but despite a couple of slips, Mehr also makes it to the other side.

Just Syli and Merric left now.

Syli makes the crossing herself, the bridge easily supporting her small form without any real issue. She briefly considers showing off and doing a jig right in the middle of the bridge, but decides better against it.

Syli Acrobatics (+3): 21

((I considered going cat for this, but seeing my track record with heights as a feline, just decided to roll it straight))

Syli also crosses easily, just leaving Merric alone again. Hes going to need to decide pretty quickly whether to tag along with these folks or not...

Not too late to leave him here.

Varsk watches Merric cross with a slightly pained expression.
