Syli curses at Mehriv and rushes SSW away from him. From here she can see the human woman. She doesn't seem to be able to get up and looks to be holding her side in pain.

Gwen moves 15 feet west and climbs on a bit of the rubble so she is visible from the waist up (1/2 cover). She shouts again in the strange language, this time attracting the attention of one of the archers who can see her. They point at her and shout, getting a bellowed reply from the large warrior.

Gwen mentally tells the woman to hurry to safety, but she doesn't respond. She doesn't seem able to get up.

To the west, Varsk hears the quiet crack of a twig and just catches a glimpse of two figures dropping down the scarp to his left. He's not sure where they are exactly, but he's pretty sure they're trying to sneak round and flank the group.

The archers to the left hear the shouting about demons and both target their arrows on Gwen, one shot bouncing off the rocks near her feet, but the second biting deeply into her flank and doing 5 damage (assuming it hits with a 17).

The woman's head lolls against the scarp, like she's struggling to stay conscious.

Merric sends a warning blast at the lizardfolk archer before retreating to the trees to the south east.

Merric eldritch blast: 1D20+5 = [3]+5 = 8

Apparently the dice only approves of unarmed combat..

Mehr moves another two tiles south-west, uses a bonus action to convert his Sorcery Points into a level 1 spell slot, then... Damn, I'm not sure. Two lizards together have more than 28hp even when one is injured, so Sleep is pretty terrible, but I don't have a lot of options to deal a whole lot of damage... I guess I'm just going to shoot Magic Missiles at... The lizard engaging Kal. I'm just hoping we can take down one or two quickly and make the fight a bit less certain death.

Korrik moves closer to the battle and tosses two darts at the warrior facing Kal but the shots go wide.

Mehriv shoots the same warrior with his magic missile spell and roars in pain. He is looking hurt, but no less determined to fight!

Merric attempts an eldritch blast, but his shot goes well wide of the mark and fizzles out in the tree leaves.

The large warrior continues his assault on Kal, landing a powerful strike with his club (Kals takes 8 damage), but which overbalances him as he attempts to land a second strike with his shield.
The archer to the north barks something unintelligible and kicks his sleeping comrade awake again. The other fires at Gwen, but fires it in a long curve straight over her head.

Slowing her frenzied crawling, Syli brings her totem to bear. Murmuring a brief incantation, a faint lavender glow surrounds the mysterious woman as some of her wounds start to seal up.

Not keen on the magic in question making her a target, she then scurries behind some rubble, concealing herself rather thoroughly.

Syli...

1 step west (bringing her into range)
...Healing Word: 5
...Crawl: 1 step south

Varsk ponders the Ôé¼┬ñ&# storm this is rapidly becoming while listening to the fighting and yelling going on behind him. Shaking his head he moves silently through the cover to come out on the hopefully surprised and distracted nearest lizard archer swinging his maul to try and crush its chest (or break an arm/skull). He isn't picky.
Following the swing he will glance towards where he knows there are more lizardfolk to get a read on what they are doing using the height advantage the scarp provides.
► Show Spoiler
If he spots them he'll yell their location and number back towards the ruins.

"We got (number) more lizards comin' in over here tryin' to get a jump on you from the WSW."

Varsk creeps closer to the distracted archers, but the undergrowth is so damn tangled he only makes it part of the way there...

((You can only move two squares diagonally SW because it's still difficult terrain. You can keep the attack roll for the next round if you like though. Let me know if you still want to yell - it'll give away your position.)).

Kal counters the warrior, doing a decent bit of damage to him, but still not enough to take him down. The warrior spits a tooth and grins at Kal.

"You fight well!"

Syli casts healing word at the woman and then vanishes from sight. She is pleased to see the woman finally pull the bloody arrow from her side and breathe a little more easily.

Gwen is up.

An unfortunate drifting of features momentarily forms a delightfully silly mess on Gwen's face which isn't remotely scary to anyone.

The archers to the west both take shots at Gwen who isn't in cover from this side of the scarp. The first arrow jams into the ground just at her feet, but the second hits solidly into her leg, doing 6 damage.
Two lizardfolk carrying javelins and shields make a break from below the scarp, heading roughly SE.

The woman hauls herself painfully to her feet and moves east as fast as she can, towards Mehriv and the thing she still really hopes wasn't lying to her about being an illusion. It doesn't seem too frightening right now though...

I scoot forward out of the underbrush, swinging my staff at the head of the lizard facing off against Kal.

Quarterstaff: 1D20+6 = [8]+6 = 14

Letting the momentum of the swing carry me, I snap my foot out at the scaly ankle.

Unarmed Strike: 1D20+6 = [11]+6 = 17

Korrik leaps out of the forest, swinging his quarterstaff at the large warrior's head. He just brings his shield up in time to parry the blow, but is too slow to parry the quick kick aimed at his ankle.

((Korrik can roll damage, then Mehriv and Merric are up)).

I'd like to move 5 ft south, to stand next to Kal, but have the lizard warrior a bit more between me and his ranged allies.

The large warrior is kicked completely off-balance by Kal's attack and falls heavily backwards. There's a wet crunch as his head hits a rock jutting up from the ground, and his eyes roll back in his head, completely lifeless.
