Maji looks down the hallway, if it is still crowded he stays put, if on the other claw he can get to the hallway where the blights are he will throw the red gem at the blights.

Holding to wack a blight then because if it's more destructive it can hurt allies.

Yeeeeeea...you guys are crowding it and i would rather not get hurt by ...6 blights before my next turn? I guess i could move closer. Unfortunately i kinda need to see the map to do sny sort of shenanigans relating to that. But seriously if you want me to acid breath them then let me have a way to do it in one turn not two.

We took down the needle blight so you can at most be hurt by one blight that will block access to you from the others (or take an AoO by moving away from you

The twig blight's wooden claws rake across Holger's ankles for 4 damage.
Other blights are close behind, but unable to reach Holger or Randy.

Holger: You send a firebolt streaking towards one of the vineblights, the fire spraying across the stone as it singes some of the vines that make up its currently flattened form.

Rudolph: You stay put, waiting for the blights to come to you.

Ulmwin
Zephyr

((Sure... time rewind...))

As the twig blight swings at Holger, certain to hit him, Zephyr hooks the edge of her shield over the sorcerer's shoulder and pulls him back, just enough for the swipe to miss.

Given that twiggy is focused on Holger & Co., would this give Randy an attack of opportunity? Pretty sure if nothing else that flanking rules might apply here.

((OppAtts only trigger if they move out of your melee area, it's still alert to you behind it, though you would get the +2 we decided on for flanking it when it comes to your turn and it's still there.))

Ulmwin is just going to hold his attack for now, if possible? See if the blights get any closer...

Zephyr: You stand wary and ready to dodge, should an attack come your way.

The two vine blights drop off the walls and shuffle forward, the lead one raising its ropey arms and summoning forth twisting rootlets and vines that grasp and the feet and legs of Randy, Holger, Zephyr and Tess!

((I need the four of you to make STR saving throws, please!))

STR save: 1D20 = [14] = 13 (I forgot what my mod was, so added the -1 manually)
