Randerwaith: You drop your torch and quickly strike up your lantern, hurrying after Rudy to caution him about leaving the others behind.

((Maji and Coljin, Randy's torch has been illuminating the dead blight at the end of the hall, so while Maji is in darkness, you are both able to see the light from the torch... which suddenly dips and gutters as if knocked or dropped from the ranger's hand...))

Holger: You continue onward after Zephyr.

Ulmwin will dash to end up behind Holger. Not like they've not seen them coming from two miles away at this point, regardless...

((I'll probably have you roll again... there was a 13 Stealth (that still needs a disadvantage roll for it) you rolled previously that was not able to be used, so either we toss them both out and start over, or we go back to the 13 first... :D ))

((Coljin, since you'd wanted to dash to the blight last turn, I'm going to work on the assumption you're completing that this turn, but will still have an action if you want to dash or do something else as well.))

Coljin: You move forward, Maji's hand on your shoulder, to see what's going on. Stopping at the dead blight, you see Randy's torch sitting on the ground... no Randy. ((You still have 10 ft of movement, plus action.))

Maji: You follow after Coljin the edge of the torch light. ((You have 15 ft of movement left, which would be just enough to get to the other side of the gnome if you wanted to move past him.))

Ulmwin: Since Tess has a candle to see by, you don't feel bad leaving her behind as you dash to catch up to Holger.

((Sure. I realize I could have potentially handwaved things to be 'you are all at each entrance', but I'm not sure how the timing will work out, and there is the potential for things be be more interesting if one group reaches the room before the other, so I'm keeping us on turn order, even though it has so far been follow the leader with an occasional glimpse of twig blight.))

On Coljlin's move, he will double move and try to catch up to the two in front, Mumbling quietly to Maji so he can easily follow in the dark, and he can rest his hand on Coljin's shoulder if that helps.

As I will sleep soon and my turn is also soonish I'll simple have Rudolph move 10 feet and act defensively while the others catch up.

"The room should be just around the corner. Just move close enough so I can stand behind you. I'll float my torch in there and if you can use your innate magical abilities to make the ground shake, do so as far away as you can in front of us. Might trick them to thinking we somehow managed to get over there and be wide open for an attack."

Holger will stay right behind Zephyr giving her shoulder a gentle squeeze to indicate he's right behind ready to fire bolt the blights not that they seem interested in meeting them yet.

((Ulmwin, Holger's talking to Zephyr in front of him. :P And Prest is only verbal and somatic, so you don't need a focus to cast it. ;) ))

Holger: You join Zephyr, passing Tess's dropped bow, and mention your plan to her.

Ulmwin: You follow Holger as best your stubby legs allow.

Tess: You follow Ulmwin, and spot your bow on the ground ahead, seemingly undamaged.

Coljin: You dash forward, catching up to Randy.

Maji: You stoop and grab the torch as you follow Coljin.

((If the point of snuffing your torch before was to have quarterstaff out, that's kind of defeated by it being so dark you have to put your quarterstaff away so a gnome can lead you by the hand.))
