Well, that does sound super awesome, but that must have been Synch. I'm going for a Poison Ace/Taskmaster/Rouchneck, and Researcher if I can fit it in. Basically your typical Biker character. Stealth and Charm are in his pathetic skills in his background, so I'm definitely going to have to switch my playstyle around.

Sorry for the double post. Just checking... Looking at the character creation part, it seems that they give us a few free feats/edges, namely free skill edges at level 2, 6, and 12, a free general feat at level 5, and 2 free edges at level 10.

Are we doing those still? I feel like we talked about it at some point, but it was so long ago I can't remember.

We are, just keep mind of the restrictions on which rank those free skill edges can reach.

Oh, and the bonus edges/features are exclusive to the free stats. It's one or the other.
My game:
Hunters of Letrua; Character list
Also Player / Monster stats, skill lists.

My characters:
Tugs Tails, the goblin that was sort of a trapper and wears a bear's tail at his neck, for some reason - Lair of the Mountain King (Run by Thinks)
Alex Sparo, A city boy, poor of sight, who has learned to manipulate people and make the most of what he, and others, have - Trinity Isles (Run by Mort)
Mehriv Turajin, a Noble Dragonborn Sorcerer sent from his clan because he wasn't dragony enough. - The Wandering Archipelago (Run by Thinks)

Thank you. I'll definitely keep in mind the restrictions, and probably have everybody look over it to make sure I didn't screw anything up. But, free skill edges are a nice way to easily raise secondary skills without spending edges from level ups on them.

And yeah. Thank you for clarifying on the skills or stats thing.

RAW you get the option to pick a free General feat at level 5, your other option being to get +1 in Attack or Special Attack for every two levels up to level 10 (and it's retroactive for levels 2 and 4, so you'd have +5 attack points at level 10).

At level 10 you get the option to pick 2 edges or the attack bonus, +1 every two levels up to level 20.

We also have the homerule where we get a free Feat every 5 levels.

Okay, here is what I have so far for Bruce.

He's supposed to be level 12. I'm still figuring out his team, so ignore that for now.

One thing I'm a little confused about. I added an extra feat and an extra edge for every time I got a free one (free edge at levels 2, 6, and 2 at 10) (free feat at level 5, 5 again, 10, and one for Researcher). It still says I should have two feats and two edges to distribute. Did I miscount somehow? Any help would be appreciated. It's been a long time since I've gone hardcore in character creation.

It looks like you manually added the extra feats and edges when the sheet formulas already account for the ones you get at those specific levels.

Tbh though, if you're making a new character then you're probably better off doing File -> Make a Copy from one of our sheets. Your sheet is one of the older ones, and the newer ones are easier to read and manage imo.

Damnit, you had to share the sheet. Now we won't be able to keep it a surprise anymore when I introduce this "totally random" npc... :P

Level 12 eh? There are officially 3 level 12 characters, 3 level 10 characters, and a single level 11 character (not counting Drake). A nice even spread.

Oh, hey Nioca. Heh, yeah, fair enough, although I don't think his backstory would inspire all others to run away from the similarly corrupt government corporation. :P

Although... If I were to introduce him as a random npc, he'd probably come across as a thug of sorts... So inadvertently ending up introducing him by the rest of the party ganging up on him and knocking him out probably would be a less dignified entrance than hoped.

I don't think my reveal would have had the same dramatic flair as yours, Nioca. That definitely was a game changer.

I'm okay with them knowing it's me, though. Probably easier, if less fun.

Speaking of dramatic flair, if/when I change character, I demand the new guy be introduced by stabbing a thing to save the day and looking idiotic by dancing about at the same time. It is imperative that he be immediately understood as a dork who will straight up murder anyone who threatens his friends' and family's safety.

Anyway, exps:

Everything goes to Roy, giving him 2 levels. He gains a point each in Atk and Def.

To be fair, I don't think Irene, Izzy, or Koa would outright attack, unless it looked like you were mugging a child for ice cream

Oops, meant to write Goser. I blame breaking the original naming convention with those two. Well... Technically I didn't, but those two are so obscure I might as well have.

Obscure? Euler is a pretty important mathematical figure... Who I never heard about until university, yeah okay, he's obscure. Goser is even more obscure, even Google doesn't know anything about that name.

I'm pretty sure originally I got his name from a "list" of certain terms, but you're right, I can't even find that back... I think it might be because the original name had something like an ├ in it maybe..?

I should have just named him Java and made him a coffee addict...
