If i did join here is the power I would want:

Ray of Awesome: able to fire a beam of energy from either hand. The beam changes color to reflect the power being used. The beam of energy either uses a power from a list randomly or causes a completely random effect.

Weakness: has NO idea what will happen when he uses power.

That is cool

I'd make a % roll between:
1-10 Super effective
11-30 effective
31-70 less effective
71-80 useless
81-90 bad
90-98 really bad
99-100 OMFG WTF F*** This S*** I'm out a here!

some factors changing this up or down!

How does that sound?

question: Does the base form have to be human?

you should probably say yes....because technically superman doesn't have any superpowers...thats just what his "species" can do...

Well... no, it does not have to be human.. but any powers above what we would expect a human to have is Super... Superman has superpowers, even compared to other kryptonians... they do not have those powers if not close to a sun like ours (or atmosphere in the new superman movie) its nothing different than a mage drawing powers from another plane...

Weakness:
1. Must sleep for a minimum of 18 hours a day to recharge his mental abilities and maintain control. Going without sleep leads to unpredictable, potentially dangerous breakdowns in his abilities (i.e. they start going off randomly). The longer he is awake, the worse this will get.

Powers:
1. Phase Shift - Can shift all or some of itself between a corporeal and incorporeal form at any time. *(Can be "killed" or "dispersed" but will revive/reform itself in 24 hours)
2. *Immortal - Does not need air, food, water while in incorporeal form. Please see more information below under weaknesses.
3. Time Shell - Can create a bubble of time surrounding itself that changes the way time works. Either by speeding it up or slowing it down. (bubble = 15 ft radius)
4. Phase Jump - Can shift time/space to move to another location as long as that location is "Known". (Can choose to bring "things"(things includes people or objects) with itself as long as "things" are within a bubble of 15 ft radius around self))

Weaknesses
1. Cannot communicate through verbal language. (He tends to speak in charades or by writing things down)
2. When "Killed" while in corporeal form a burst of time is created (15 ft radius) around itself that lasts 5 minutes. (50% chance to speed up time within burst (1 min. RT = 1 Sc)) or (50% chance to slow down time (1 Min. RT = 60 hrs)) (the time range is anything from 5 secs to 300 hrs). When "killed" while corporeal, IT's body becomes incorporeal (his natural state), because this shift isn't controlled, it creates the burst of time. Thus, even though It may be killed in any manner, be it shot to the head, decapitation, suffocation, bleeding out, etc, All of IT's "parts" become incorporeal. If IT's hand were to be successfully removed without killing IT's body, it would remain a hand until IT's "death". At the time of death, the hand would create its own burst of Time though at a lesser radius.

Gadget:
1. none (since he can't change the object to be incorporeal also = pointless.

Not really... that just means he has the power to revive after 24 hours... that is kind of a bad ass power... "yea you can kill me... but tomorrow I'll be back"

1 accomplishes the will of the hero with 200% effectiveness
2-10 accomplishes the will of the hero without failure/error
11-30 accomplishes the will of the hero, but only with 10% effectiveness
31-70 completely random effect that is frikin hilarious and completely useless (there will be a separate table for this)
71-80 paralyzes target and hero until the end of the turn.
81-90 direct damage power, reflects 10% damage to the hero
90-98 direct damage power, reflects 50% damage to a 10' radius around hero (hero is unaffected)
99-100 never seen before (this would be the same as 31-70, only lethal and cover 100 square yards).

Fixed it with a counter-idea. What do you think?

Seems fine, just one Q. if you are killed (may happen to all player) you are aware that the burst of time bobble, while in effect for that time (5 min(+/-300 min)) will not safe you (it might safe you when you dispersed)?

I'll edit it to fit... you may make a character of both kind... Thinks is a kind of medico hero, while badges is pretty OP, but that just means that Badge will faster be a target┬┤.. also, as said, you may write how you attack/act, but not the result... so make it how you like the most

I made a few minor changes, please re-read the bio and then if you still have any question let me know.
please note: when i say he, i don't mean male, since IT has no gender.

To note, if he is in corporeal form, he can be killed, he can suffocate, he can starve, he can dehydrate, freeze, burn, etc (in any typical way to die)
When he dies in any of these ways while in this form, the burst of time takes effect. When in incorporeal form, though he can be "dispersed", the burst of time will not take effect.


I understand that this means that any allies or civilians within 15 ft radius of his death will also most likely die and I'm ok with that.
